Our description
Aithrion 1 Studios is decent and well-maintained accommodation, not far from the beach. The yard is full of greenery so the whole villa is in a beautiful environment.
This facility is located in Skala Potamia, 450m from the sandy beach and the popular beach bar Paralia Nouveau.
In its diverse offer, Aithrion 1 has studios that can accommodate up to four and one five-bed apartment. The studios are arranged on three floors, located on the ground floor, first and second floor while the apartment is located on the ground floor.
The layout of the beds is varied, so double studios (18m2) have one double or two connected single beds and they are located on the first or second floor. On the other hand, triple studios (18m2) have one double and one single bed and, like double accommodation units, are located on the first or second floor. The only four-bed studio (24m2) on the second floor has three single beds (two of which are connected) and a sofa bed while the studios on the ground floor have a double bed and bunk beds.
The apartment (35m2) that can accommodate up to five people consists of one separate bedroom with two single beds, while in the room where the kitchen is, there is one double and one single bed.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, have separate bathrooms with shower, kitchenettes with medium refrigerator, two hobs, sink, sherpa, pans, dishes, cutlery. All have patios or balconies overlooking the front or back of the courtyard.
A cot, hairdryer and iron can be provided by the owners upon request.
Towels, bed linen and cleaning are provided. Replacement is for 3-5 days, depending on the stay.
Pets are allowed.
It has a large, fenced, landscaped yard with deck chairs and umbrellas, lots of grassy areas for carefree children's play, a barbecue, tables and chairs under the porch for sitting and dining.
There is no parking space inside the yard, but that is why there are enough parking spaces on the street, on the earth extensions.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn left from the highway immediately after the Halkias supermarket and drive straight until you see Aithrion 1 on the right, which is nicely marked.
If you want decent accommodation, close to the beach and all other facilities, with a beautiful yard ideal for children to play and run, Aithrion 1 Studios can be a great choice.

Aithrion 1 Studios is the accommodation just two minutes from Golden beach, in the beautiful village of Skala Potamia. We offer studios and apartments for 2-5 people, fully equipped to serve your every need. We are at the ideal place for a comfortable stay near the beach and a wonderful self-catering holiday experience.
Our studios and apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchen, fridge, bathroom and a balcony or veranda. There's a barbecue and kiosk in our garden where you can enjoy grilling and eating with your family and friends. The garden is large and offers plenty of room for children to play and there's parking available. We also offer free WiFi internet access to our guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zanima me zakup 4bed studio i 5bed apartment, tako da su blizu jedno drugom (za 2 porodice). Za 10 noćenja u periodu između 01.07. i 15.07.2024.godine, u zavisnosti od raspoloživosti. Da li su prikazane cene važeće? Raspoložen sam da sagledam i drugačije predloge.
