Description
Blue Sea Beach is located in the first row from the sea, right on the promenade. It is a recently renovated and modernly decorated property. The greatest advantage is the location, because it is just few steps away from all the amenities that Skala Potamia offers - restaurants and beach bars, markets, bakeries and souvenir shops.
The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, in the first row from the sea and 200m away from the sandy city beach with shallow water.
This accommodation offers 16 accommodation units with a capacity of 2-4 persons for rent. There are eight standard rooms with a back yard view, six rooms with a side sea view, one studio with a side sea view, and one family studio with a yard view. All accommodation units are equipped with one double bed and, depending of the number of guests, the owner add one sofa bed or a folding armchair. The rooms are about 18m2 in size, while the studios are about 22-24m2 in size. Double rooms are located on the first and second floor as well as rooms with side sea views.
All accommodation units have A/C, TV, hair dryer, fridge, an electric kettle and a private bathroom. Only studios have a small kitchenette, while rooms do not have a kitchen. The internet access is available.
Cleaning is performed daily, while towels and bed linen change is done after every two days.
Private parking is provided for guests of this accommodation.
When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the Golden Beach direction), turn left and drive straight forward until you reach the promenade and the sea, then turn left again and drive until you see a hotel on the left.
The nearest market is a 5-minute walk away.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location, since it is just a few steps from the sea. The disadvantage is less surface area of the rooms, but if you want accommodation close to the sea, it can’t be any closer than this.

Discount
For reservations made before 30.04.2025, for period from 01.05.2025 to 31.10.2025, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Adult is a person older than 7 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, hteo bih da se informisem povodom uslova smestaja, procitao sam da je dozvoljen boravak kucnih ljubimaca, mi imamo Francuskog Buldoga (u pitanju je miran pas malog rasta koji zivi u stanu) da li je moguc njegov boravak? Nisam siguran tacno sta znaci u tabelama sa cenama gde u naslovu stoji bb/hb ili bb/fb a ima jednu cenu pa bih vas zamolio da mi to objasnite. Zainteresovani smo za smestaj u periodu od 11.09 za 9 nocenja u dvokrevetnim sobama ili dvokrevetnim studijima? Unapred zahvalan
