Our description
Anastasia Rooms is a quality accommodation located not far from the beach and just a few steps from the center and the main promenade. The units are equipped with new and modern furniture.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 50m from the beach. The first market is located at 20m.
Anastasia Rooms offers six units - two rooms and four suites.
Budget Double Studio # 1 (15m2), located on the ground floor, consists of one double bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
Apartments # 2 and # 3 are exactly the same, are located on the ground floor and have one separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room, where the kitchen is, there is a bunk bed and one single bed, so they can accommodate a family of five.
These units on the ground floor have a common seating area in the yard as the balconies are smaller in size.
Apartment # 4 (34m2) is exactly the same as apartments # 2 and # 3. The size of the apartment varies, so apartment #2 has 30m2 while apartment #3 has 33m2.
Superior Apartment # 5 (29m2) has one separate bedroom with a double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.
Triple Studio # 6 (22m2) consists of one double bed and a single sofa bed.
The units #4, #5 and #6 are located on the first floor.
All accommodation units have a bathroom, air conditioning and TV, hairdryer, wardrobes, refrigerator and kitchen. Although the units are equipped with a kitchen, frying is prohibited and the kitchens are designed to prepare light meals. A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every other day.
Private parking does not exist but you can leave your vehicle in the public parking space.
The yard is paved and under shade, with seating.
When you reach the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, descend to the sea and turn right into the first street. Continue straight and when you reach the end of the street and pass the Ntina’s hotel, turn left until you reach the very center of the place, where you can park. From there you have to continue on foot, as traffic is prohibited in that part, so when you see the Melistalakto store on the left, which is held by the owner of the accommodation Anastasia Rooms, turn left next to the store, where you enter the accommodation.

Anastasia Rooms are located in an ideal place for your holidays, in Skala Potamia. Just 30m away from the amazing beach and very close to many other shops, like supermarkets, taverns, cafeterias, etc.
In Anastasia Rooms are available double-rooms, studios and apartments on the ground floor and on the first floor.
All our rooms are spacious and include fridge, TV and air-conditioning.
We have available for you 4 double rooms, 2 apartments and 1 studio. Our rooms are located at the center of the village, where you can visit souvenir shops, cafeterias, but also restaurants, fish taverns and bars. Skala Potamia and Golden Beach have a 2km clean beach, ideal for children. There is available a playground, just 50m away from our rooms, and also a folklore museum which used to be a shipyard, where you can come in touch with the tradition of Thassos watching events organised by our cultural association.
Potamia is 2,5km away from Skala Potamia. It is one of the most picturesque villages on Thassos island with very hospitable people. There you have the chance to visit the museum of the local sculptor Polugnotos Vagis and walk on the hiking trail to Ipsario mountain. Our beach is organised and provides you sunbeds and umbrellas. Thassos is full of beautiful beaches, green mountain sides and small villages that will definitely amaze you.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
