Lena Apartments is a very quality and well maintained property located not far from the beach and the city center. The owners are very friendly and always available for their guests.

Lena Apartments are located at the entrance of Skala Potamia, on the right side of the main road. The nearest beach is 250m away, as well as the center of Skala Potamia.

It is a building that offers two double studios (19m2), two triple studios (19m2), one quadruple studio (19m2) and one apartment with two bedrooms (40m2).

On the ground floor there is one double, two triple and a quadruple studio. Double studio has a double bed. Twiple studios have a double bed and a single bed or three single beds, of which two are joined. Quadruple studio has bunk beds and a double bed.These units face the street, except for one triple studio with side sea views.

Upstairs is an apartment with two separate bedrooms, as well as one double studio. In one bedroom of the apartment there is a double bed and in the other two connected and one separate single bed. The double studio has a double bed. Both units face the sea.

All accommodation units in this building have a kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and dining utensils. All studios and the apartment have air conditioning, and mosquito nets are only on the windows in the bathroom.

On the first floor of this building there is a huge common veranda where guests can enjoy a truly fantastic view. There is also a small, mobile barbecue available for guests to use. Baby cot available on request.

Cleaning, towels and linen change is done every three days.

There is no a private parking, but you can leave your car next to the accommodation.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria and Potos, soon as you pass the hotel complex Ntinas Filoxenia and hotel Vergina, you’ll come directly to this accommodation.

The closest supermarket and bakery are five minutes by foot.

If you want quality accommodation close to the beach, the town center and all events, Lena Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
