Our description
Almer Villa is a ground floor house located in a very peaceful surrounding in Skala Potamia, representing a perfect choice for the guests who want complete privacy and accommodation far from the everyday noise.
Located in Skala Potamia, on the main road, 1,5km from the beach and city center. The closest supermarket (Halkias) in which you can by some pastries, can be reached in two minutes by feet.
Ground floor house (86m2) is consisted of two bedrooms and a living room. There's one double bed in each bedroom, while there are one couch and one folding sofa in the living room. Also, there's one single bed, so it can accommodate eight persons. The bathroom is medium size and it has a bathtub. The kitchen is very spacious and it has all the necessities for a pleasant stay as big refrigerator and electric stove. The access to the internet is available.
Small pets are allowed.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
On guests' disposal there is a built in barbecue, as well tables and chairs. Courtyard s very spacious, greenery, so the youngest guests can enjoy and run around. The accommodation has a private parking.
Almer Villa is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, right above the BP gas station or otherwise, bellow the supermarket Halkias.
Almer Villa is an excellent choice for big families and the right choice if you want to have complete privacy and be the only guests. It is not a luxury accommodation, but if your primary goal is complete relaxation, you will not make mistake choosing this villa.

Owners description
Almer Villa is located about 800m from the sea, on the road between Potamia with Skala Potamia, little below the Halkia supermarket and before the BP gas station. It has one bedroom with double bed, a large living room with one double bed and one sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a barbecue, parking, a large playground for children. There are TV and the Internet too. The apartment is for 4 people and up to 7, 4 adults and up to 3 children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve pohvale za ljubazne domaćine. Zaista smo se osećali kao kod svoje kuće. Jedina mana jeste što nemaju klimu, pa su noći ponekada bile paklene.

Postovani,da li je kuca slobodna u periodu od pocetka jula pa narednih 20 ili 22 dana? Koja bi bila cena ukoliko bi zakupili za ceo taj period? Broj osoba ne prelazi osam (4 odraslih i 4 manje dece). Takodje pitanje: U opisu vlasnika stoji da ima jedna spavaca soba,a u vasem opisu da ima dve. Koliko ih ima ( na slici se vide dve spavace i dnevna,ali da proverim).
