Hotel Description

Almer Villa is a ground floor house located in a very peaceful surrounding in Skala Potamia, representing a perfect choice for the guests who want complete privacy and accommodation far from the everyday noise.

Located in Skala Potamia, on the main road, 1,5km from the beach and city center. The closest supermarket (Halkias) in which you can by some pastries, can be reached in two minutes by feet.

Ground floor house (86m2) is consisted of two bedrooms and a living room. There’s one double bed in each bedroom, while there are one couch and one folding sofa in the living room. Also, there’s one single bed, so it can accommodate eight persons. The bathroom is medium size and it has a bathtub. The kitchen is very spacious and it has all the necessities for a pleasant stay as big refrigerator and electric stove. The access to the internet is available.

Small pets are allowed.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

On guests’ disposal there is a built in barbecue, as well tables and chairs. Courtyard s very spacious, greenery, so the youngest guests can enjoy and run around. The accommodation has a private parking.

Almer Villa is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, right above the BP gas station or otherwise, bellow the supermarket Halkias.

Almer Villa is an excellent choice for big families and the right choice if you want to have complete privacy and be the only guests. It is not a luxury accommodation, but if your primary goal is complete relaxation, you will not make mistake choosing this villa.

All praises for the gracious hosts. We truly felt at home. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, making some nights unbearably hot.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
