Description
Fotini Luxury Villa is a modernly equipped accommodation, with a beautifully arranged courtyard and a swimming pool which can be used by its guests. It offers quality accommodation units, with garden or pool view.
Fotini Luxury Villa is located near the center of Limenas, in Dimitriadou street, next to Lina Hotel, across the way from the large supermarket. From the city center the villa is about 1km far and from the city beach about 1,5km. The closest beach is Vournelis (about 350 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in the extension of Vournelis beach.
The villa consists of suites and double rooms, both of different categorizations.
Classic double rooms (15m2) consist of a double bed, while standard double rooms (18m2) consist of a double bed and there is possibility of adding an extra bed.
Double suite (29m2) consists of a separated bedroom in which one is a double bed, while in a living room is a sitting area, with corner sofa, on which one can sleep one child, if needed.
Double junior suite (22m2) consists of double bed and it is suitable for two people.
Quadruple family suite (52m2) consists of a separated bedroom in which in is a double bed, while in the living room is a corner sofa on which one can sleep two children, so it is ideal for one family.
Triple superior deluxe apartments (35m2) consist of one double bed, located in a separate bedroom and a sofa for one person, located in the living room/kitchen.
None of the units has kitchen.
The units have pool or garden view, air conditioning, bathroom with a shower cabin (except the economy room), hairdryer, LCD SAT TV, internet, fridge and safe box.
The garden is nicely arranged, with lots of flowers, trimmed shrubs, grassy area and greenery.
Bed linen is changed every 3-4 days, and towels every two days. The cleaning is performed each day.
Courtyard is nicely arranged, full of flowers, trimmed bushes, grassy areas and greenery.
The villa doesn't have a private parking, but uses a large parking lot of the house next to it. Also, by the street, next to the villa's garden, there are plenty of spots for parking.
When you exit the ferry, follow direction and drive right by the sea on the main road (300 meters). When you get to the part where the narrow path leads to the right, to Vournelis Hotel and the eponymous beach, follow the main road and turn left. After about 150 meters you'll reach the first major crossroad (with Dimitriadou Street), turn left there and then after 150-200 meters you will reach Fotini Luxury Villa, which is on the left side of the street.
If you want a nice accommodation in Limenas, that can serve as a base for visiting the beaches and the island, Fotini Luxury Villa is an excellent choice. You can reach the center of Limenas and promenades within 5-6 minutes on foot and city beach in 10 minutes. Vournelis beach is very close (around 500m) and it can be used in the days when you do not want to tour the island.
Villa is close to all amenities of the city, the promenade, shops, restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, Zanima me smestaj u vili Fotini za period 07 Juli za 10 nocenja sa doruckom za tri porodice. Prva porodica dvoje odraslih + dete 14 god. Druga porodica dvoje odraslih + dete 9 godina + dete 13 godina. Treca porodica dvoje odraslih. U koliko nemate slobodan termin od 07 Jula, dosao bi nam u obzir i termin nedelju dana pre , sto bi bilo od 29.06 / 30.06 pa za 10 noci. Takodje, u koliko nemate slobodne jedinice za sve tri porodice, zamolicu da nam ponudite sta imate slobodno za navedene termine . Vec smo vam se obratili pre par dana, ali nismo dobili nikakav odgovor, pa bih zamolio da nas obavestite svakako. Hvala unapred
