Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Fotini Luxury Villa is situated in the 'capital' of Thassos. It is a completely renovated and modernly equipped accommodation, featuring high-quality units and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a pool.
The property is located in the north of the island, in Limenas.
It is at a distance of 650m from the strict center, while the nearest market is just across the street.
The nearest beach, (Vurnelis), is 450m away. Following this beach is the Tarsanas beach.
There are a total of four units available for online reservations: one room and three apartments, accommodating up to four persons.
The Junior Double Room (29m2) is located on the first floor and consists of two connected single beds.
The Superior Apartments (29m2) are situated on the ground floor and include a double bed and a sofa. They have a separate bedroom and can accommodate up to three persons. There are two units of this type in total.
The Family Suite Family Apartment (52m2) is located on the first or second floor, depending on availability at the moment of booking, and consists of a double bed and a sofa for two persons. It has a separate bedroom and can accommodate up to four persons.
None of the units have a kitchen.
All guests have access to WiFi, TV, A/C, a safe, mosquito nets, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony or veranda on the ground floor, a landscaped courtyard with a pool, sunbeds, and garden furniture. The owners can also provide a baby cot upon request. There is an option for a breakfast surcharge, which is buffet-style and paid on-site by the guests.
Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, while bed linen is changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.
The courtyard is spacious, fenced, beautifully landscaped, and well-maintained. It features garden furniture and a pool with sunbeds.
There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in nearby streets where there is usually available space.

Pozdrav, Zanima me smestaj u vili Fotini za period 07 Juli za 10 nocenja sa doruckom za tri porodice. Prva porodica dvoje odraslih + dete 14 god. Druga porodica dvoje odraslih + dete 9 godina + dete 13 godina. Treca porodica dvoje odraslih. U koliko nemate slobodan termin od 07 Jula, dosao bi nam u obzir i termin nedelju dana pre , sto bi bilo od 29.06 / 30.06 pa za 10 noci. Takodje, u koliko nemate slobodne jedinice za sve tri porodice, zamolicu da nam ponudite sta imate slobodno za navedene termine . Vec smo vam se obratili pre par dana, ali nismo dobili nikakav odgovor, pa bih zamolio da nas obavestite svakako. Hvala unapred
