Hotel Description

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, in the middle of a large bay known as Golden Beach. It is in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful villas for rent, overlooking the sea or the mountain that looms over the entire bay. It is very good quality and only 2-3 minutes walk from the sandy shallow beach.

The center of the Skala Potamia is about 1km away, and the center of the Skala Panagia is at a distance of 1.5km.

The beach is 150 meters away.

Esperides Apartments is a complex consisting of several smaller buildings with different types of apartments. The buildings are brand new and the apartments are comfortable and equipped with quality and modern furniture. They are intended for multi-member families.

There are six accommodation units available - three one-bedroom apartments, one two-bedroom apartment, one studio, and one maisonette.

There are three four-bed apartments (1,2 and 3) with one bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a large double bed and the living room has a sofa bed for two and a folding armchair. The size of the apartments is 45-50m2.

Apartment number 1 is on the first floor, apartment number 2 is on the ground floor and apartment number three is in the semi basement.

The duplex apartment (50m2) has two bedrooms - each with a double bed - and a lounge with a sofa for two persons, so its capacity is up to six people.

The maisonette (40m2) is on two levels, the bedroom with bathroom is upstairs and the living room with sofa is on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa on the ground floor extends to two single beds. It is intended for a family of four.

There is also a four-bed studio on the ground floor (25m2), which includes a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The studio has one double bed and one sofa bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have spacious terraces, a large kitchen with a fridge, a small freezer and a stove with an oven, a spacious bathroom, a TV and WiFi.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily, towels are been changed each day and bed linen every three days. Private parking is available on site. If you want a nice and quality accommodation, in an ideal environment for a quiet family holiday without a nightlife, Esperides Apartments is a great choice. If you are looking for fun, Limenas is 15km away and offers a large selection of shops, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, tavernas and a large promenade.

Family trip. The apartments are situated in an almost ideal location, provided that you don't mind the noise from the main street. The beach is nearby and is quite lovely.

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
