Our description
Hermes Rooms is a modest accommodation in the first row from the sea and a minute from the sandy city beach with a long shallow and within walking distance of the city center. It is a few steps from the promenade, souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes.
It is located in Skala Potamia and offers four rooms for up to three people. The accomodation is under the process of renovation, for the 2022. season.
On the ground floor, there are two double rooms. In front of each room is a table and chairs where you can spend time. Upstairs there are the remaining dve rooms and all are equipped with two single beds. The balcony is shared and has a partial sea view but from the side. In all rooms, there is a possibility of adding an extra third bed, but we must mention that space will narrow a lot and it can be tight. Generally speaking, rooms and bathrooms are small in size (about 12m2).
Cleaning, changing towels and linen are done every third day.
Since the accommodation units do not have a kitchen, guests have at their disposal a shared kitchen on the ground floor that they can use freely. There are also tables in the yard where you can spend time.
There is no private parking, but owners can direct guests where to leave their vehicles.
This accommodation is easiest to reach by going down to the sea and the promenade from the center of the town and after the Smile cafe you will see on the left side a narrow lane drawn by lines and behind one cafe is Hermes Rooms.
The first store is about fifty meters away.
If you are not picky and want accommodation close to the beach, Hermes can be a great choice.

Owners description
Hermes Rooms is located in a quiet village Skala Potamia on just 30m from the beach and on a few minutes from the other events and facilities (shops, bars, restaurants).
Accommodation consists of eight units on the ground floor and on the first floor which are for two and three persons, where each unit has own bathroom, while two kitchen areas are common.
Rooms are modestly furnished and include air-conditioning, balcony, TV, internet, wardrobe.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
