Description
George Studios is an accommodation with excellent location - close to the beach, markets, bakery, literally in the center of Skala Potamia, so everything is so close. The accommodation itself is nicely decorated and well kept. On guests disposal is also a large private parking.
George Studios is located in Skala Potamia, 280m from the sandy city beach with long shallow. The first supermarket and bakery, as well as the city center, are located about 30m from the studios.
In the offer are three studios on the ground floor and one apartment with two bedrooms on the upper floor. In the studio that can accommodate five persons, there's one double bed, bunk beds and one folding sofa. The remaining two studios are the same as far as the arrangement of the beds - one double and one sofa, but in one of them, the sofa is located in a partially separated part of the room. The apartment with two bedrooms on the upper floor is consisted of one double bed in the bedroom, one single bed in the other bedroom (that is smaller). There's an extra sofa in the living room.
Every accommodation unit is equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, A/C, TV and a kettle. The size of the studios varies and it's betweem 20m2 and 30m2 while the apartment is around 50m2. The studios on the ground floor have a table and chairs in front of the entrance while the apartment has small balcony.
The cleaning is done every two days, while the change of towels and bed linen every 4-5 days.
The guests have large, private parking, right next to the villa.
If you are coming from Limenas, you will easily find this accommodation. It is on the main crossroad, on the right side, right next to Ana Villa.
If you want decent and neat accommodation, near the beach, supermarket, bakery, pedestrian zone and other amenities Skala Potamia has to offer, George Studios can be good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
