Description
Afrodite Studios II is a recently built accommodation that is located just a few minutes away from the beach. Accommodation units are modernly designed, equipped with new furniture and they have everything that you need fo the pleasant holiday.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 270m away from the beach and 1km from the center. The closest market is about 400m away.
The accommodation was built in 2018 and it offers six studios (three in the high ground and three on the first floor). Only two of them are available for online reservations. These two units are located on high ground floor. They have 18m2 and a double bed.
Both accommodation units have TV, AC, equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a balcony. Internet access is also available to the guests.
Cleaning is done every day except Saturdays while the replacement of bed linen and towels is being done every three days.
The garden is big but without any facilities because the accommodation is new. The owners have a plan for exterior renovation for the season 2019.
The accommodation doesn't have private parking but just next to the building and in the streets close by you can find enough space where you can leave your vehicle.
To reach this accommodation, coming from Limenas, the best way is to turn left when you get to the Korina Hotel and just drive straight until you reach the Stella and Asmaton Mouses Studios. They will be on your left side. Turn left again, continue straight and then turn right into the first street. There you will see Aphrodite II from your left.
If you are looking for new accommodation, located close to the beach and in a quiet area then Afrodite II can be an excellent choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
