Description
Kavouri Rooms & Apartments is accommodation located in the center of Skala Potamia and very close to the beach and promenade, which is a great advantage for guests who like the beach and the promenade close.
The beach is 70 meters from the property and the promenade is just around the corner. The first market is about twenty meters away.
In its offer, this more modest facility has five accommodation units - one double and one quadruple studio and three studios with one separate bedroom without a door between the living room and the bedroom.
On the high ground floor there are two four-bed studios and a two-bed studio (10-12m2) and on the first floor there are two quadruple studios. All studios are equipped in the same way - one double bed and a sofa bed while in a double studio there is one double bed.
Accommodation units have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV, internet, kitchenette (the double studio has no sink) and balcony.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done on every third day.
The yard as such does not exist, but in one part there is a covered seating area.
Accommodation does not have its own private parking, but guests can leave their vehicle in one of the public spaces.
When you reach the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, descend to the sea and turn right into the first street. Continue straight and turn left after passing the Ntinas Philoxenia complex and on the left, after a few meters, you will see To Kavouri.
If you want to be close to the beach and the center of Skala Potamia, at an affordable price, this accommodation can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
