Our description
Elena Studios is located in Limenaria, in the second row from the beach, in the quiet area, just a few minute walk away from all the facilities.
Elena Studios is 50m away from the beach and about 200m from the promenade. The city center is about 800m away. The beach in front of the villa is sandy on the shore. In the water there are rocks. Close by there are parts of the beach with deck chairs that tourists can use by buying a drink at the bar. The beach is about 2km long.
The villa has 13 studios (two-bed and three-bedstudios) located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. All studios have single beds (triple studios have two single and one extra bed with a standard mattress). Terraces are mid-sized, bathrooms too. Each studio has its own kitchen, air-conditioner and satellite TV. Some of the rooms are overlooking the sea, but villa Vaso which is directly in front of the villa Elena obscures the view of most rooms. Double studios have around 15m2 and triple arround 20m2. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.
Villa was leased by local agencies and the traces of use can be seen on the furniture, especially in the kitchen. Still the studios are in good condition.
Cleaning is daily. Towels and bed-linen are being changed every two to three days.
Guests can find parking space in the near by streets.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, on the very entrance of Limenaria, right after the rent-a-bike Zagos, turn into the first street on the right, then into the first on the left. This accommodation is the first building on the left.
This accommodation is suitable to those people that want a decent, medium quality, low priced accommodation, on just a few steps from the beach and minutes from all the amenities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija korektna, studio se cisti svaki dan, posteljina menja redovno i to su jedine dobre strane smestaja. Plaza koja je blizu smestaja je bezveze, dobra je za prvi dan da se umocite. Studio izuzetno mali oko pola metra oko kreveta moze da se ide. Frizider greje sobu kao lud, ukoliko ukljucite klimu ne mozete je izbeci a da ne duva direkt u vas, pa birajte da li cete da se kuvate zbog motora frizidera ili da vas opici klima. Zavesa u kupatilu kao najlon kesa, lepi se za vas, naravno curi oko tus kabine pa je kupatilo vrlo brzo celo mokro. Cena ne odgovara kvaliutetu. Sve u svemu nama je bilo lepo na Tasosu jer nismo dopustili da nas takve stvari tangiraju. :)

Postovani, zelela bih da rezervisem dvokreventi studio od 19. do 24. jula (5 noci) u Vasem objektu. Zanima me na kom spratu se nalazi taj studio, da li postoji bezicni internet u studiju, kao i da li rezervisem smestaj kreditnom karticom?
