Villa Verde is a newly built accommodation, equipped with new and modern furniture. It is an accommodation that has everything you need for a comfortable stay such as a barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking and even a washing machine.

This villa is located in Skala Potamia, 550m from the beach and 300m from the town center. The first market is 100m from the accommodation.

In its offer, Villa Verde has three accommodation units, two maisonettes located on the front of the courtyard and a two-bedroom apartment located in the back of the courtyard, on the ground floor.

The maisonettes (100m2), named Verde 1 and Verde 2, are identical. On the ground floor, where the living room and kitchen are located, there is a corner sofa bed that extends into a double bed. On the ground floor is located one of the two bathrooms with shower that this unit has, as well as an exit to the balcony. In the part of the room where the corner sofa bed is, there are folding screens, so it is possible to "separate" that part from the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and large so you can find coffee and espresso machines, toasters, electric kettle, stove with oven, etc. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with one double bed, with one armchair in one of the bedrooms while in the hall, right next to the bedroom, there is another sofa. There is another bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a partially sea view from the balcony.

Duplex apartment (88m2) with two bedrooms, or villa Verde 3 is located in the back of the yard, on the ground floor. In the living room there is a sofa which, when folded, becomes a double bed and one single bed while in the bedrooms there is one double bed. Like kitchens in maisonettes, the kitchen in the apartment has the same characteristics and is very well equipped. Unlike maisonettes, this unit has one bathroom with a bathtub.

All accommodation units have a balcony, air conditioning, washing machine, private built-in barbecue, one TV set in the living room, mosquito nets, iron, hairdryer, and upon arrival guests receive a welcome gift in the form of jam, wine, honey, etc...

The accommodation has private parking for all guests.

The yard, although not so large, is very well maintained.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and linen is done twice, once at the beginning and the second time at the half of the stay.

When you get off the ferry in Limenas, follow the route to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you will reach Panagia, go through the center and follow the path to Potamia. Go through Potamia and continue straight. When you pass the BP gas station and then the EKO pump on the right you will see the Villa Verde.

Verde Villa is an exceptional new build (2016), modern architect-designed, deluxe, two-level villa, located just 5 minutes walk from Golden Beach.

It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, two marble bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room and a comfortable lounge. The villa offers large balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor with amazing sea view of Golden beach, view of the green mountains and the majestic mount Ipsario, the highest peak of Thassos at 1,204 meters. Also the villa has its own private barbecue area and parking place. The villa's garden is all walled, planted, with grass and provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a common playground provided.

Near the villa (only 30 meters away) you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional tavern and an ATM machine. The village center of Skala Potamia is an easy 5 minute walk away. There you will find, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and two children. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms every one with its balcony. One bedroom that can sleep two adults on a big double bed and one child. In the other bedroom can sleep two adults on a big double bed. Additionally, on the top floor in the hall there is an extra bed sofa that can be used from an adult or 2 children. On the bottom floor, there is the living room with a big double sofa bed where can sleep two adults.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers a multi-coffeemaker for espresso, cappuccino, filter coffee or hot chocolate, a toast maker and a water boiler for your breakfast. Also it is equipped with a safe electric stove with oven for cooking meals and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa.

Conveniently, the villa has a separate barbecue area with a big garden dining table where you can enjoy grilling and eating your favorite meats and fish outside the villa. At the barbecue area, there is a big umbrella for shade, so you won't get hot or burned from the sun while grilling or eating.

Always stay connected with the villa's private internet connection. The WiFi signal reaches both floors, but understandably the signal strength varies depending on where you are in the house.

The villa has a Smart LCD TV of 32'' connected to the internet from which you can access the web for viewing live channels, play music and videos from youtube, access your social network account, email etc. Also you can easily WiFi connect your smartphone with the TV to watch videos and photos from your vacation or play your favorite music.

A washing machine allows you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. There are racks at the villa where you can hang-dry your laundry and beach towels to perfection.
You can park your car safely oo the private parking of the villa.
