Our description
Polina Villa is an excellent choice for two families or larger groups who seek a bit more privacy, as it is an independent unit. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary items to make you feel at home. It is located near the beach Golden Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island.
The accommodation is situated 600m from the beach. The nearest mini market Albatros is located 200m away, while the larger Carefour supermarket is 800m from the accommodation, where you can find all the necessary groceries and bakery products. The first restaurants are about 300m away.
On the ground floor of the house, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has bunk beds with an additional pull-out bed that has a standard mattress. The bathroom has a bathtub.
On the upper floor, there is a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area, another bathroom, and a large balcony with tables, chairs, and a seating set. The living room features a corner sofa where two children can sleep. It is spacious and has enough seating for all guests. There is a large TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, an induction hob with burners, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The kitchen also has a dining table.
In the yard, there is a built-in barbecue that guests can use.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment, and a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided only upon guests' arrival.
Private parking is available within the yard.
When you disembark from the ferry in Limenas, follow the road to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km, you will reach Panagia, pass through the center and follow the road to Skala Potamia. After passing the BP gas station, turn left after 900m next to Thoma studios, then drive 400m and turn right, then turn right again at the first street and after 100m on the left side, you will see Polina Villa.

Polina Villa is located in Skala Potamia, 600m from the beach. It has three bedrooms, two have one double bed and the third has a bunk bed and another drawer bed. There is a barbecue and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has wireless internet access and a TV. You can relax in the garden.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
