**Blue Sky Villas is a quality, new and modernly equipped accommodation within walking distance of the center of the Skala Potamia, souvenir shops, bakeries and pastry shops as well as fast food restaurants. It offers its visitors free parking, a spacious courtyard that is partly under the shade and equipped with outdoor furniture where you can hang out and spend time with your family. **

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 500m from the sandy city beach with long shallow water.

It is a facility that offers two maisonettes, apartments on two levels, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people. The maisonettes consist of a ground floor, which has a living room with two sofas. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (there is also a stove, coffee maker, etc.) and a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with one double bed and an armchair and each of these two bedrooms has its own bathroom, which is great for two families to fly together. The size of the maisonette is 80m2.

Both units are equipped with TV and air conditioning, have internet access and a private balcony.

Cleaning is carried out daily while towels and linen are changed every other day.

The yard is spacious, with lawn and paths and is available to all guests of this accommodation. You can find tables and chairs for seating and in certain parts of the yard, there is shade. There are plenty of greenery and flowers, which are well maintained.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, it is very easy to find accommodation since it is located on the main road. As soon as you enter the place, continue driving straight until you reach the ATM and the bakery. Continue for a few more meters straight and to your left you will see Blue Sky Villas, a few meters before the Niki supermarket.

The first supermarket is a short walk away as well as a bakery. An ATM is also nearby.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
