Kastro Stone House is a very high-quality and newly built accommodation, which provides guests with top-quality service. Guests can also use the pool within the complex, and a guaranteed parking spot is provided.

Kastro Stone House is located in Skala Potamia, 850m away from the beach and offers two independent stone cottages.

The first apartment with two separate bedrooms (2 Bedroom Apartment, I, 80m2) is situated on the ground floor and represents a truly spacious and comfortable unit. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, allowing six people to be accommodated in this apartment. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, including a microwave, stove, and a large refrigerator. In front of the cottage entrance, there is a seating area with a table and chairs.

The second apartment (7 Bed Apartment, II, Two-level, 70m2) is slightly different. It is located on the ground floor (you ascend three steps to reach the entrance) and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as an open gallery on the upper floor, where two mattresses of the same size as the double bed are placed, allowing seven people to be accommodated in this apartment. It should be noted that the ceiling in the gallery is lower. In addition to these rooms, there is a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, including a large refrigerator and a stove. In front of the unit entrance, there is a table with chairs for the guests of this unit to use.

The accommodation units feature air conditioning, a TV, internet access, and access to the pool in the courtyard, which is shared with another property owned by the same owners.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with sun loungers around the pool, and the owners maintain the entire complex very well.

Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen changes are carried out every third day.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
