Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Suzie Hotel is located in a calm part of Skala Potamia, 250m from the beach and is ideal for a quiet vacation.
Suzie Hotel offers triple studios. Some of them have one double and one single bed, while other studios have three single beds. All studios have A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony, bathroom and mini kitchen. Safe can be rented at the reception desk, baby cot is on request, and small pets are allowed.
Studios are equipped with classic wooden furniture, medium sized. Balconies are large enough to sit and enjoy it while eating breakfast or reading a book.
The hotel reception is open from 8am to midnight.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every second day, while bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Guests can also use the swimming pool, which is a decent size and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guests have access to deckchairs by the pool where they can enjoy sunbathing along with quiet music, lounging or sipping drinks from the pool bar.
There is a plenty of space for safe parking of guests cars around the hotel.
You can get to the villa by turning left from the main road, coming from Skala Panagia, on central intersection in Skala Potamia, to the sea, and then turning in the first street on the left (the street that is parallel with the coast).
After a few hundred meters you'll see a pink villa called Porto Thassos, turn left next to her. After 50m you'll see Hotel Suzie.
If you want a quiet holiday in Skala Potamia, close to all amenities and the beach, in places isolated from the noise and traffic, Suzie hotel is a good choice.
