Description
Rania Villa is an accommodation very close to the beach, with private parking, and very well equipped. The apartment is spacious, beautifully and modernly decorated, and has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The promenade is just a few steps away from the accommodation.
This property is located in Skala Potamia, 120m from the beach. The first market is at 150m, the first bakery at 50m, and there is a butcher shop on the ground floor of the accommodation.
Only one apartment (70m2) is available for internet reservations, which can accommodate up to five people. It is located on the first floor and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed where two people can sleep. If needed, the owners provide an extra bed for the fifth person. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a big oven and an induction hob with burners, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The living room also has a dining table. The bathroom is spacious and has a glass partition. There is an additional toilet in the apartment.
The terrace is also very spacious and includes a clothes dryer, a table with chairs, and an egg swing for relaxation and enjoyment. The terrace overlooks the street and partial sea view only from one corner of the balcony.
The apartment has two air conditioners, two TVs, a hairdryer, a safe box and mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done every second day, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.
When you disembark from the ferry in Limenas, follow the road towards Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km, you will reach Panagia, pass through the center and follow the road to Skala Potamia (Chrisi Akti). After passing the BP gas station, and then the EKO gas station, you will see a bakery on the left side where you turn left. At the first intersection, turn left again and after about 50 meters, on the left side, you will see a car rental agency and a butcher shop, the apartment is in the same building on the floor.

Skala Potamia is ideal for a peaceful family vacation. If you crave entertainment, a wider choice of shops and restaurants, the main town of Limenas is about 15 kilometers away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
