Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Maria & Sofia Studios is an accommodation with a fantastic yard, one of the most beautiful in Skala Potamia. The yard is very spacious and safe for the youngest visitors that can run around. There's a barbecue available for the guests to use.
Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia. From the beach, the accomodation is 650m away and 1km from the center.
Maria & Sofia Studios consist of five air-conditioned double and triple studios (25m2) with a kitchenette, fridge, TV, bathroom with a shower and medium size terrace with a dryer and beautiful view of the garden and mountains around. Also, studios have heating for the fresh spring and autumn evenings.
All studios are located on the same level, on the ground floor. In double studies there is a double bed. In each of the double studio, an auxiliary bed can be added. Quadruple studios have a double bed and bunk beds.
Cleaning is done every day and the change of towels and bed linen every 3-4 days.
They are surrounded by a garden of 4000m2, with plenty of trees and various flowers creating a relaxed atmosphere and refreshment. Guests can enjoy in the shade and have fun while having a barbecue, and children can safely play in the yard with seesaws, slides and swings. In the courtyard there is a fully equipped summer kitchen, a and this accommodation also feature private parking in the shade.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are 200 meters away, and it'll take you only a few minutes walking to Skala Potamia and a multitude of restaurants, fast food shops, cafes, shops with handicrafts, supermarkets and other tourist attractions.
Private parking is available to the guests.
Very close to this apartment there are bus and taxi stop, petrol station and ATMs, and on the Golden beach there is a part with organized water sports.
You can reach this accommodation coming from Limenas if you make a turn at the hotel Korina. Keep driving straight and on your left side, you will see this accommodation. There is a sign that points to Maria & Sofia Studios.
