Our description
Zen Holiday Home is a quality accommodation located near the beach, town center, and shops, offering comfort and privacy to its guests. It is situated approximately 150 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia, in the bay of Golden Beach. The furniture is new, and the villa itself is equipped in a modern manner, providing everything necessary for a pleasant vacation. In the yard, there is a built-in barbecue, and the apartment has three balconies that guests can use for seating and socializing.
The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, in the bay of Golden Beach. Zen Holiday Home is a maisonette (60m2) on two levels, part of a large complex, capable of accommodating up to six people. The accommodation has a first and second floor.
The living room is located on the first floor and is equipped with two sofas that can be converted into beds, accommodating two people each. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom has access to two balconies, one larger with a sea view, and the other smaller with a mountain view. The larger balcony is furnished with seating.
In the kitchen, which is part of the living room, there is a kettle, espresso coffee machine, toaster, mini stove with oven, two burners, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The accommodation has a shared bathroom, located on the second floor.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, wireless internet access, an Android TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, an iron, mosquito nets, and a built-in barbecue for your use.
The owners can provide a baby cot upon request.
The accommodation has its private parking space for one vehicle in the complex's courtyard.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, drive along the main road almost until you reach the exit of Skala Potamia, where you will see Hotel Vergina on the left side, and immediately after it, the complex of maisonettes with a large advertisement for ''Ntinas Filoxenia'' accommodation.
The nearest supermarket, cafes, and restaurants are right by the coast, while the first bakery is approximately 150m away on the main road.
Zen Holiday Home has private parking and a Wi-Fi signal. It is located right on the shore. It is ideal for a larger family or a group of friends who wish to spend their vacation together in a comfortable and luxurious maisonette by the sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, rezervisala sam ali nisam uplatila depozit na ime Snezana Loncar. Cekala sam supruga da vidi samo da li mu odgovara termin koji sam navela i to je bilo sporno, zbog njegovog posla.. Rezervacija je vazila od 10.-19.08. Obzirom da nismo uplatili depozit, da li to jos uvek mozemo da ucinimo? Htela sam ako je moguce i da promenimo datum dolaska na 07.08. pa do 15.08. S postovanjem Snezana Loncar P.s. Da li je moguce dobiti kontakt vlasnice? Hvala
