Our description
Accommodation is situated in a popular touristic village Skala Potamia, on a peaceful location. The accommodation is within walking distance from the center of village, beach and the main promenade with souvenir shops and all the amenities that Skala Potamija offers.
Alexandra Villa is located 200 meters from the sandy city beach with a long shallow and 400m from the center. The first market is located next to the accommodation.
This accommodation offers eight triple and quadruple studios, evenly arranged on two floors. Study no. 4 and no. 8 are not available for online bookings.
Studio no. 1 on the first floor, consists of two single beds and one drawer bed.
Studio no. 2 on the first floor, consists of one double and single bed. Four people can stay here because of another folding armchair. According to its size, this studio is a bit more spacious than studio no. 1.
Studio no. 3 on the first floor, consists of one double and single bed and an extra bed in the form of an armchair that folds out, and accommodate four people.
Studio no. 5, on the second floor, consists of two single beds and one drawer bed.
Studio no. 6, on the second floor, consists of one double bed, one single bed and one folding sofa bed.
Studio no. 7, on the second floor, consists of one double bed, one single and one extra bed in the form of a large stool that folds out.
The studios are medium in size (average square footage is about 25m2). They are air conditioned, have a TV, kitchen, fridge and balcony with the dryer and a parasol. If you need a hair dryer or want to use the washing machine, the owner will be happy to meet your needs. The studios are modest, with wooden furniture but very well maintained.
Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
The yard is spacious but without grass. Guests can use the barbecue. Everyone have its own private parking space if needed.
The easiest way to get there is to go to the center of the Skala Potamia, turn right at the main crossroad and drive straight until you reach the Ntinas Filoxenia Hotel. After hotel, you will see Alexandra Villa.
If you want a modest accommodation close to the beach and all the events, Alexandra Villa can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Korektan smeštaj. Blizu plaže u Skala Potamiji. Vrlo čisto. Sobe su bile čišćenje na tri dana,posteljina zamenjena 5-i dan. Parking u dvorištu ne prevelik ali dovoljan za sve goste

Cisto i blizu plaze, slabo opremljen apartman tacnije kuhinja, internet katastrofa los.

Smeštaj je simboličan, pristojan i uredan mada nedovoljno prostran za 4 osobe. Kuhinjski deo je oskudno opremljen (1 oveća šerpa) sadrži samo osnovne stvari (džezva, tanjiri, čaše, šolje, escaig) pa preporučujem da ponesete sa sobom sudove koji će vam omogućiti lakše spremanje obroka. Vila je na žalost na vrlo prometnom delu pa je buka od motornih vozila prilično iritantna. U svojoj brizi za čistoću ljubazne domaćice ne vode računa o buci koju prave svakog jutra. Smeštaj smo dobili po nižoj ceni jer smo boravili duže od 10 dana.

Svr pohvale agencii Nikana. Svaki nas smestaj u Grckoj je uvek preko Nikane. Ljubazni I uvek iskreni. Smestaj u Alexandra Vila je bio sasvim o.k. Mestopolozba izvrsna.Pogled sa studio br.5 fenimenalan. Gazdarica ljubazna Zena koja iako NE zna nijedan jezik sem grcki uvek je na usluzi. Postelnini I peskiri menjaju se svaki treci Dan. Samo treci lezaj u studio br.5 bio je uzasan. Nije bio lezaj na razvlacenje kako sto su naveli vec nesto nalik na krevetic sa dusekom Koji na Sam Dodir se spustao do patos pa isto ko da spavas na patosom na dusekom. Osim ovo nemam nikakve druge zamerke.
