Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Toptsis Boutique Rooms is a recently renovated accommodation located in the first row to the sea, just a minute's walk from the sandy town beach in Skala Potamia. The accommodation is within a short walking distance from the town center. Nearby, you will find traditional taverns, beach bars, shops, playgrounds, and other amenities.
The accommodation offers four rooms of 12m², designed for two adults and one child. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed, although this significantly reduces space and comfort.
The rooms Alexandra and Afendria are located on the ground floor, each with a table and chairs outside. On the upper floor, you will find the rooms Athina and Evangelia, which share a common balcony overlooking the mountains.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request. There is no kitchen in the rooms, but they are equipped with a fridge, kettle, and toaster. Guests have access to a shared kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a common area with tables and chairs.
Daily cleaning and towel change are provided. Bed linen is changed every four days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but public parking can be found nearby.
Pets are not allowed.
