Karen’s Favorite House is a modern maisonette located in a newly built complex at the entrance of Skala Potamia, approximately 550m from the beach.

The apartment (84m²) spreads over two levels and is designed for the stay of four adults and two children. It features two bedrooms equipped with double beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed for two.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Guests have access to free internet, air conditioning, a TV, and a hairdryer.

There are also two terraces with a mountain view, and one of them includes a private jacuzzi.

Towel and linen change is done every three to four days, while guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay.

Guests have access to parking within the complex. Pets are not allowed.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
