Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Olive Land Apartments is located in Skala Prinos, just 50 meters from the beach, and offers a comfortable stay in modernly equipped units. The accommodation is perfect for relaxation, featuring a beautiful courtyard surrounded by olive trees and private parking for guests.
The property offers three different types of units, perfectly suited to meet the needs of all guests.
The Deluxe Room studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a double bed, a sofa for one person, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The veranda is furnished with a seating area and offers a view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard.
The Suite studio is on two-levels and can accommodate up to four people. On the first level, located on the first floor, there is a sofa for two people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is a double bed on an open gallery. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and offers panoramic views of the sea and the courtyard.
The Superior Suite apartment is also on two-levels and can accommodate up to four people. The first level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is a double bed on an open gallery and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The balcony is furnished with a seating area and offers panoramic views of the sea and the courtyard.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful and well-maintained garden surrounded by olive trees.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while the change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
