Owner description
The Olive Land Apartments a newly built and modernly equipped establishment, is located in the village of Skala Prinos, on the island of Thasos, just 50m from the beach.
It offers three types of accommodation units:
Studio Deluxe Room is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The veranda is furnished with a seating area and overlooks the garden.
Studio Suite consists of two levels and can accommodate up to four people. On the first level (at the level of the first floor), there is a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the attic), there is a double bed on the open gallery. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and offers a panoramic view of the sea and the garden.
Apartment Superior Suite also consists of two levels and can accommodate up to four people. On the first level (at the level of the first floor), there is a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed. On the second level (in the attic), on the open gallery, there is a double bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The balcony is furnished with a seating area and offers a panoramic view of the sea and the garden.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine. The bathrooms feature a shower tray without a tub, with a glass partition, and toiletries.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful and well-maintained garden surrounded by olive trees.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while the change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
Guests of the accommodation have a parking space provided within the private parking area located in front of the building.
The Olive Land Apartments is located 2.3km from the port of Skala Prinos, 17.8km from Limenas, and 41.2km from Kavala Airport, with Thessaloniki Airport being 240km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
