The location is excellent, just 12 km from Limenas. The spacious yard is ideal for families with small children. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. Some units have been renovated, but even the older ones are well-preserved and neat. The owner of the studio is a wonderful woman who will always accommodate your needs. The highest praise goes to her. The only drawback (not a complaint) is the well-constructed buildings that accumulate sunlight during the day and radiate it at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep in the room without open doors or air conditioning.

We chose Perseus Studios with the hope that a beautiful beach with natural shade would be nearby, and indeed, Ariba Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. It features a well-maintained area with a café and sun loungers, as well as a free section. The beach is sandy and meets all our preferences, being peaceful without too much crowding. Additionally, the accommodation boasts a large, beautifully landscaped yard filled with shade, and parking is provided for all guests, which was also very important to us. All studios are on the ground floor, each with a seating area in front, also in the shade, sufficiently separated from the others to ensure privacy, yet there are plenty of opportunities and space for socializing if you are in a larger group. Some toys for children are available, but I don’t know many details about them since our child has outgrown them, so I wasn’t particularly interested. The rooms, bed linens, and towels are perfectly clean, changed approximately every 5 days. The hostess or manager of the property is very proactive and kind; for instance, when we arrived, the shower hose was leaking, and by the time we returned from the beach, it had already been fixed—we didn’t even have time to report it. We have nothing but praise for Niki; she helped us exchange money, finding a store that accepts €500 bills. When I asked her to wash our beach towels, she agreed without hesitation or charge, even though this service is not included in the accommodation offer, and it was important for us as we spent 15 days there and had already run out of usable beach towels after 7-8 days. In any case, this accommodation comes highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed it; the price-to-value ratio was exceptional.

The location is excellent for those who prefer not to go out at night, as the nearest town is a 15-20 minute drive away. The natural shade envelops the entire estate, offering tranquility, silence, and the kindness of the host, while the proximity to a supermarket adds convenience to the stay.

The landlady is kind and always available. The bed linens and towels are changed every three days. One of the drawbacks is that the beach, located 100 meters away, is quite poor. There is a large yard. It is recommended for multiple families with children to visit.

Aside from the fact that the studio is small, I couldn't find any other complaints.

We vacationed in Thassos for the first time, and we chose Perseus Studios based on the description we received from Nikana, and everything was exactly as we read. Despite all the good recommendations for Thassos, we were still concerned about the overall impression, both regarding the beaches and the accommodation. In the accommodation description, we read that this year there would be a newly furnished four-person studio, and that was exactly what we were looking for. That studio was perfectly suited for us! Upon entering the studio, we were thrilled with its modern furnishings. Everything was beautifully designed and brand new! The room was spacious, the bathroom as well, and we lacked nothing in terms of utensils. The lovely Mrs. Niki took care of the cleanliness, and during our ten-day stay, she changed the bedding three times and was always at our service. The location suited us perfectly as we could quickly reach all the nearby beaches from there.

We had the most relaxing vacation to date. We rented 4 out of 5 apartments, and everyone had a wonderful time. It is a perfect choice for families with small children. The garden, greenery, and shade covering the entire estate are immense. Grapes, olives, figs, pears, and other ripe fruits were at our disposal. The hostess is incredibly friendly and always available. She changed our linens and towels every 3-4 days. In addition to the kitchen in the apartment, there is also a shared kitchen that has literally everything you need, just like at home, and everything is accessible. There are pots of all sizes, an oven, a large refrigerator, and almost all kinds of dishes. For us, this accommodation was a 5+. If we come back to Thassos, without a second thought, we will only come here. P.S. It is much more beautiful than in the pictures.

Firstly, I am late in sharing my impressions as I vacationed last year. I wholeheartedly recommend Perseus. It offers tranquility and silence. The landlady is kind and always willing to help. A light bulb, which I had never seen before, burned out, and she promptly called a repairman to fix it. The market is approximately 700 meters away, which might pose a challenge for people like me, as I did not drive and had to walk along the main road. I did not use the nearby beach since I went with my sister's family by car to other beaches on Thassos. There isn't much in the way of entertainment nearby, but that isn't crucial if someone is coming with family, especially with small children, to relax.

All praise... A perfect ten! We are absolutely delighted! Everything is clean, tidy, and new, everything is in order... God willing, we will be back with excellent hosts next year!!! Highly recommended! I see someone asked if pets are allowed; YES, you can bring your pets! Perseus and his hosts offer a wonderful vacation!

An excellent accommodation for those who cherish peace and quiet. The lodging consists of small, separate units situated within a spacious, enclosed yard. The yard is very expansive, with a large portion shaded, making it a true paradise for children. Although the accommodation is equipped in a more "modest" manner, everything is exceptionally clean. For us personally, the furnishings were not a concern, so we did not consider this a drawback, as we mostly just slept there. The landlady is a very kind and pleasant woman, always willing to assist with anything we asked. The location itself is calm and serene, and the beach is decent (a middle ground in terms of "quality" on the island). A large and well-stocked market is very close by. We did not explore taverns and restaurants in this area. The price of the accommodation includes air conditioning, which we did not turn on as it was very pleasant even without it. The only downside could be the wasps, especially during meals. Those who are allergic or bothered by them might face issues, but I believe this applies to the entire island. We will definitely revisit this accommodation. A warm recommendation for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet, relaxation, and for families with small children.

The accommodation is situated in an olive grove, in a tranquil location, at an ideal distance from the sea and the populated area, ensuring that everything is accessible while providing a sense of peace and quiet. The nearby beaches are nice, but to truly experience Thassos, it is necessary to drive to some more remote locations. All praise for the accommodation!

The accommodation at Perseus Studio, as well as the overall service provided by the Nikana agency, was absolutely exceptional. I would like to emphasize that we made our reservation late and had specific requests regarding dates, accommodation, and budget, and the agency wholeheartedly accommodated us, managing to find exactly what we were looking for and could afford. The accommodation - a beautiful environment in the yard with plenty of land, filled with a diverse array of greenery. Every day we picked pears from the tree in front of our little house, and our baby (11 months) enjoyed crawling in that setting. The owner of the accommodation - the cheerful Niki, always ready to lend a hand. Since we have a baby and were traveling for an extended period, we needed to wash a batch of her clothes, which Niki efficiently did at our request. The little house is small but charming, equipped with everything necessary except for a curtain in the shower. Perseus is a wonderful place if you have small children, a moderate budget, and a need for peace and relaxation.

A quite decent accommodation, clean and tidy. A large yard with plenty of shade at any time of the day. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, although some still manage to appear. A minor downside is the absence of a shower curtain. There are enough plates and other utensils, and if something is missing, it can always be requested. The refrigerator cools excellently. Those who visit in August or September will be able to enjoy grapes directly from the vine in front of the cottage. (We picked pears on the street in front of the accommodation). The hostess is friendly and always available for anything needed, with communication possible in English. Upon departure, we received a package of olives as a gift. Nearby, there is a large supermarket, just a 7-10 minute walk or 1 minute by car. Pahis beach is a 5-minute drive away. The street leads directly to a beach with pleasantly warm water, a long shallow area, and plenty of natural shade (in the morning), which is very similar to Pahis, especially to the left behind a small cape. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended.

If you are traveling with small children and your primary concern is to spend as much time as possible at the beach, Skala Rachoni is an excellent choice. The beach, shaded by nature, is one of the rarer finds, beautiful with easy access to the water, featuring a long and clean shallow area. You can comfortably be at the beach with your children even at noon, thanks to the shade that cannot be compared to any umbrella. Studio Perseus offers a very nice, simple, and clean accommodation, located close to the beach (it takes about 8 minutes to reach the 'further' part of the beach, which we find the most beautiful). The landlady is a wonderful woman, warm and welcoming, who takes care of every aspect of your stay, as well as the little details that make your experience pleasant (such as a device with Raid tablets against mosquitoes, for example), and I believe many will return to the same place next year.
