A clean and tidy villa, situated in a tranquil location. Exceptionally friendly hosts.

Wonderful people and beautiful accommodation. The only downside is that there are no screens, except for the bathroom window where there is one.

At the beginning of August 2023, my husband, child, and I stayed in Skala Rahoni at Litsa Villa. The accommodation comes highly recommended for those who enjoy a peaceful and quiet vacation. The apartment was located on the first floor, clean and tidy, with a spacious terrace and a kitchen separated from the room, accessible from the terrace. The location is excellent for exploring the island, which is important to us since we prefer not to spend all our time on just one beach in Thassos. Nearby are Pahis and Ariba plaza. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Limenas. The hosts are wonderful and friendly, an older couple who take care to maintain both the interior and exterior beautifully. They gifted my child some chips or cookies every other day, and when we were about to leave, I was greeted with a bag containing their honey and coffee... a small gesture of kindness that left a very pleasant impression. Not to forget, the sea is visible in the distance, along with a beautiful sunset. The furniture is fine, nothing luxurious, just as depicted in the pictures. Parking in front of the villa was always available. As I mentioned, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

By pure chance, while searching for a room, we stumbled upon a villa. We visited in August 2017, and again at the end of August this year. The owners are an elderly couple who strive to make their guests feel truly at home. The villa is well-maintained; everything is clean and tidy. Although located next to a main road, the rooms face the garden, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. The yard is fenced, allowing children to play freely. We give our highest praises and recommendations!

A beautiful accommodation, everything was as described, with very friendly hosts.

We stayed in this villa from July 17, 2017, to July 25, 2017. It was a wonderful accommodation, comfortable, with a large well-maintained yard that is spacious and sandy. Our stay lasted four days, which was exceptional. The owners were friendly; a minor issue was that the guest did not know a word of English, while the grandfather is an "Englishman" in relation to the guest. We were on the ground floor, in a four-bed studio that opens directly into the yard, and it was extraordinary for us. In the yard, there are three gigantic pines that provide shade almost all day long. The problem is that the house is next to the main road, although it is convenient due to being slightly away from the path while searching for good beaches nearby. Pahis beach is very close, about 1.5 km towards Limenas. Limenas is about 10 km away. We found the ideal beach that is even closer than Pahis and is called Ariba. It was excellent, with thick natural shade, reggae music all day, shallow, warm water, not too crowded, and spacious. A solid ten for the beach! I reckon I will return to the same place next year because of the beach, but I would like to find some accommodation that is closer to the mentioned beach so that we can also take a walk there. Otherwise, the place is small, quite spread out, and there is a large supermarket a couple of kilometers towards Potos and a few other facilities, but for us as a family, it wasn't that important to be in a larger place. Besides, Limenas is about a 10-minute drive away.

We stayed at this accommodation in July 2017, consisting of two adults and two children aged 6 and 2. We were in a three-bed apartment on the first floor. The house is beautiful and clean, the apartment features a lovely terrace, and the kitchen is located outdoors, which is excellent. The yard is also pleasant, filled with greenery. The house is situated right by the main road; however, we faced the yard, so the noise did not disturb us. The location is such that there are excellent beaches nearby (for example, Pahis is 1 km away), though Rahoni is about 500 m distant, making it not very convenient for walking. We drove everywhere, so this was not an issue for us. The owners do not speak English, but they are very kind and accommodating.

My overall impression of this accommodation is truly positive. We felt as though we were completely alone, as if the courtyard was entirely our private space. We received an apartment on the ground floor, which I initially did not like, but it turned out well in the end because we had a terrace in front of the apartment, and the children (two little girls) played in the courtyard, allowing us to relax. The courtyard is wonderful, very pleasant, shaded, and completely safe for children. There aren't any special amenities, but they needed nothing more than a ball. Regarding cleanliness, I have no complaints; everything is very tidy, bed linens are changed halfway through the stay, and so are the towels. We received enough towels, specifically 4 large and 4 small, which was truly sufficient for us. A woman came every 3 days to clean, scrub the bathroom, and wipe the floors, so that was really fine. The villa is located right on the main road, and parking is next to it in some olive trees, which is fine since it's shaded right next to the house. Our room faced the courtyard, so there was no noise. It’s possible that those whose rooms are on the side of the house facing the main road experienced noise, but that was not the case for us. The kitchen is standard, with a small refrigerator and a tiny freezer, which was more than enough for us. The bathroom is quite spacious, with a window for ventilation, clean, with no smells from drains or sewage, standard for Greece, and a shower without a cabin. There was always enough hot water. My only complaint is that there are no screens on the window in the room, and there are indeed many mosquitoes. We used Raid tablets, but that was not enough, so we had to close the window and turn on the air conditioning at night. If there had been screens, we wouldn't have needed the air conditioning since it was really nice and fresh at night for sleeping. The second complaint, and this is the only real and significant one, is that we booked a four-bed studio, but we received three regular beds and one extra bed. We managed with that since we were with two small children, and the younger one slept on the extra bed, which didn't bother her. If it had been anyone else, it would probably have been a problem.

In August 2015, we stayed at this accommodation. Two adults and a three-year-old child. Our apartment was located on the ground floor, which provided us with direct access to the yard, making it very convenient for the child to run around while the parents enjoyed their coffee. The yard is beautiful, adorned with pine trees, and the owner maintains it well. The kitchen is small, designed with the stove, refrigerator, and sink all in one unit. This did not bother us, but for someone who cooks more seriously, it might pose a problem. Pros: Peace, quiet, close to Pachis beach. Cons: If being in the city is important to you, it is somewhat isolated.

The apartment is exceptionally clean. The hosts are kind and accommodating. There is a beautifully landscaped garden behind the house. It is a peaceful place for sleeping.

The property is clean and well-organized, with unobtrusive and accessible hosts. The parking area is spacious enough for all vehicles from the accommodation. We did not use the yard, but it is nicely arranged and tidy, making the property surrounded by greenery. The house is located right on the main road, which might be bothersome for some due to the noise of passing cars; however, this can also be an advantage since the location is such that wherever you drive, you will encounter very beautiful beaches that are up to 10 km away from Limenas, while the nearest ones are practically just a few kilometers from the accommodation. The three-bed studio has three standard beds, which is commendable. The bathroom is spacious, and the terrace measures 3x3 meters, surrounded by shade from the trees, making the stay on it pleasant and functional throughout the day. The kitchen is a special story as it is located on the terrace (a separate room of 1.5x1.5 meters with complete equipment and a refrigerator for three people). Some small items were missing (a ladle, a spatula, a frying pan), but they were not as significant as the fact that there was no refrigerator in the sleeping area that would rattle all night next to our heads; instead, it was placed in the kitchenette. This accommodation is ideal for those arriving by car to Thassos and planning to explore the beaches of the island. For those coming by bus, it would be better to look for something closer to the city.
