Situated in the heart of Asprovalta Greece, the newly built Ilion Luxury Studios and Apartments 2 is a stylish complex of two apartments and two studios decorated in a modern and minimal style.
The Blue Flag awarded beach of Asprovalta is just 100m from the complex. A pharmacy, doctor, bakery, a mini-market and a variety of shops can be found within walking distance from the studios.
Studios and apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, wireless internet connection, a flat-screen TV and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove and refrigerator. The private bathroom feature hairdryer.
Ilion Luxury Studios and Apartments 2 offers amenities for a pleasant stay in Asprovalta all year round. The hospitable owners are there to answer their guests' needs.
Aelion and Harmony studios are located on the first floor and are suitable for families with one or two children. They have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a terrace with a table and chairs.
The Inspiration and Sensations apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. They have one French bed in the bedroom, two joined single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table and chairs.

Aelion Studio and Sensations Apartment have a large shared terrace and overlook the garden.
All units on the first floor in the bathrooms have only tiles, without a shower tray and a curtain.
During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the units, and towels and linen are changed every five days.
Since private parking is not provided, guests can park their cars on the street around the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj Illion je lokacijski smešten na vrlo dobrom mestu-ispod glavne magistrale prema šetalištu, tako da do plaže ( koja je blizu) nije potrebno prelaziti veće saobraćajnice što može posebno odgovarati porodicama sa decom. Apartman je čist i uredan. Domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i gostoprimljivi.

Poštovani, u opisu je navedeno da "Aelion Studio i Sensations Apartment imaju veliku zajedničku terasu i pogled na dvorište"... da li to znači konkretno da je ista terasa u pitanju, ali da svako ima svoj sto sa stolicama, kao i da je moguće da se gosti jednog apartmana "došetaju" do sobe gostiju drugog apratmana (do terasnih vrata) i da nema pregrade. Postovani, molim Vas za dodatnu informaciju, odnosno da li apartman Sensation ima 2 posebne sobe? Sa nama bi bio i mali pas (Bichon frise, 8 kg). Nasa porodica je cetiriclana, 2 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta (14 god. i 10 god.). Planirani period za odmor je od 14.7 do 27.7. Hvala Vam unapred! Pozdrav, Biljana
