Hotel Description

**Maritsa’s Rooms is located in a new part of Stavros, about 60m from the beach. It offers a very nicely landscaped courtyard, with a shared barbecue and outdoor seating and dining area, as well as private parking. **

The nearest grocery store is 600m away, while the bakery is 1200m away, as far as the center.

It has double studios (15m2), with double or twin single beds and triple studios (approx. 20m2), with double and twin beds or three single beds.

All units are air-conditioned, they have internet access, TV, fully equipped kitchen (two-ring grill and small fridge with frieze), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while the guests by themselves maintaine hygiene in their studio.

Maritsa’s Rooms is ideal for families and travelers who want a peaceful holiday in great accommodation near the beach, and they don’t mind a little more distance from downtown Stavros.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
