Our description
**Maritsa's Rooms is located in a new part of Stavros, about 60m from the beach. It offers a very nicely landscaped courtyard, with a shared barbecue and outdoor seating and dining area, as well as private parking. **
The nearest grocery store is 600m away, while the bakery is 1200m away, as far as the center.
It has double studios (15m2), with double or twin single beds and triple studios (approx. 20m2), with double and twin beds or three single beds.
All units are air-conditioned, they have internet access, TV, fully equipped kitchen (two-ring grill and small fridge with frieze), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while the guests by themselves maintaine hygiene in their studio.
Maritsa's Rooms is ideal for families and travelers who want a peaceful holiday in great accommodation near the beach, and they don't mind a little more distance from downtown Stavros.

The rooms in Stavros Thessalonikis Maritsa's Rooms are located 50 meters from the sea, literally a breath!
Access is very easy. Thessaloniki via Egnatia, is only 70km!
You will win the space of the courtyard where we offered a barbecue (BBQ) and comfortable and above all safe parking.
The warmth of the soul lies f smile with which you are welcome.

Maritsa's Rooms are located in Stavros at a charming location inside a green garden in front of the awarded with blue flag beach of Strymonikos bay. The rooms are located about 1km away from the center of Stavros, ideal for quiet and relaxing holiday for families and group of friends.
Stavros is at the border of Thessaloniki and 75km far from her center and 90km from the Macedonia airport. It is also one hour by car far from the cities of Kavala, Serres and Drama but also one hour far from the unique around the world Agion Oros. So it is the ideal starting point for your trips to all these regions. By living in Stavros you have the possibility to visit in a quarter of time the byzantine castle of Rentina and the ancient Stageira. In less an hour you can visit the cave of Alistratis and the ancient theater of Philippi.
Stavros provides all the comforts of a modern holiday destination that please all tastes. Here you can find any shop, supermarket, quaint taverns, cafe, beach bars and clubs. There are also gas stations, pharmacies, medical offices and banks that will cover any emergency that may happen to the visitor.
The crystal clear sea and the organized beaches are the main reason that Stavros is the first choice for holiday to thousands of tourists every year. On the beach in front of the rooms there are seafront umbrellas which are free of charge for the guests of Maritsa's rooms.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
