**Anastasia House 3 is the accommodation in Stavros, about 150m from the beach. It’s a duplex family apartment (80m2), suitable for 1-2 families. Tourist facilities are only a few steps away, and the nearest market and bakery are at only 20m.
At the entrance to the apartment, there’s a separate bathroom with a bathtub and equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, a large fridge and a hot plate. One sofa bed is located in the entrance hall, leading to two separate bedrooms with one double bed narrower than standard and two single beds, i.e. one double and two single beds. Each bedroom has an exit to the terrace overlooking the street. The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access, TV and a hairdryer. It’s furnished with wooden furniture, it has a balcony with sitting furniture in front of the entrance and guests can use a portable barbecue (on request).
The guests clean and maintain hygiene by themselves. If someone needs towels, they should contact the owners. Bed linen is replaced at half of the stay (only if guests want it).
Private parking is not provided, so guests can leave their vehicle in the immediate vicinity.
Arriving from the direction of Thessaloniki, before the market Smile, turn to the right into the street between a children’s playroom with a pastry shop and a bakery with a mini-market next to it.
Anastasia House 3 is a comfortable but modest accommodation, so it’s recommended to less demanding guests, who prefer the proximity of the center and the beach.

Stavros belongs to the township of Redina and is built amphitheatre-like (in a semi-circle) along the coast of Strimonikos bay. Also, it’s the only road to Mount Athos.

The accommodation consists of the apartment for 1-2 families (up to eight people) with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, hairdryer and a balcony. Outdoor BBQ is available upon request. It’s located in the center of Stavros, five minutes from the beach. Parking is available nearby.
Before the guests enter, the owners do a complete cleaning. After that, maintenance is left to guests. Bed linen replacement is every five days (for 10 nights of stay). Towels are not provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
