At 300m from the beach in Stavros, there is a brand new building called Mei’s luxury apartments. The accommodation has five studios that can host 2-4 people. The guests have at their disposal neat and air-conditioned units, Wi-Fi internet, a small landscaped yard, and the friendly owners are there for every question and concern.

The town center is about 1 km away, and the nearest market is 500 m away.

The accommodation has one 2 bed studio (20m2), two 3 bed studios (25m2) and two 4 bed studios (35m2). Smaller units are on the ground floor, and four bed units on the first floor.

2 bed studio has one double bed, 3 bed studios have one double and one single bed, and 4 bed studios have one double bed and two single beds in the gallery, which can be combined into one double bed if necessary.

The studios have an equipped kitchen (two hot plates, standard fridge, necessary dishes), TV, internet access, private bathroom with a small bathtub, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as terraces with seating overlooking the street or the back yard.

During their stay, guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves, and the bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Behind the house, guests have a small yard with seating. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests park in front of the house, and since the streets are quite wide, it is not a problem to find a place even in high season.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
