Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool and a sauna, ideal for complete relaxation and enjoyment of every moment of their holiday. Staying at the hotel offers a special relaxation experience, whether the day begins with a refreshing swim or ends with unwinding in the wellness area. Stavros is a pleasant seaside resort that combines a calm atmosphere with all the necessary amenities for a carefree vacation. The destination is known for its long sandy beaches, clear sea, and well-maintained promenades, as well as numerous taverns, cafés, and shops that contribute to an authentic Greek ambiance. Stavros is also an air spa, located at the meeting point of the sea and the mountains in the hinterland, where wind currents intersect, creating a pleasant climate and exceptionally clean and healthy air.
The property offers eight studios and two apartments, located on the ground floor or the first floor. Triple studios can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child up to 12 years of age. One of these units is adapted for guests with disabilities and is equipped with a double bed as standard, while an extra bed for a child can be added if needed. The remaining triple studios feature a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.
Quadruple studios are located on the ground floor or the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults, while one unit is suitable for two adults and two children. These studios are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two children.
Five-bed studios are arranged over two levels and are intended for a maximum of five adults. On the lower level, which is on the first-floor level, there is a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom, while the upper level, on the second-floor level, features an open gallery. The gallery includes a double bed, while the lower level has a sofa bed for two persons. If necessary, an extra bed can be added for a fifth person.
The five-bed apartment is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two persons. There is an option to add an extra bed for a fifth person.
The eight-bed apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Both the bedroom and the living room are furnished with one double bed and one sofa bed for two persons.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
