Skyline & Spa Suite is located in the second largest Greek city, but also the second most important port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Gulf, Thessaloniki. This accommodation is located in the part of Thessaloniki better known as Ano Poli, and just a few meters from the accommodation there are bakeries, supermarkets, and everything you might need.
Setting high standards in equipment, and making your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have made an effort you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this modernly equipped and, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
The apartment, which is located on the fifth floor of a residential building with an elevator, has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room, there is a sofa for one person, so it can accommodate a maximum of three adults.
On request, it is possible to add a baby cot within the price.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in both the living room and the bedroom, a hair dryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine and a toaster.
Pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea and the city bathed in the sun or romantic evening lights, you can spend on the balcony, preparing the barbecue, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or relaxing on the sofa.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves. With an additional fee of 20€ per service, the apartment cleaning service is also provided.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there are free parking spaces in the surrounding streets near the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
