Marianna Rooms and Apartments is one of the few accommodations on the famous Kriaritsi beach, on the south side of Sithonia. It’s a perfect choice for all those who dislike crowded beaches, almost paradise for them. Some of its advantages are peace, quiet and the endless blue sea on a wonderful, sandy beach.
A few-meter path leads from the courtyard to the beach, so it’s only a few steps away from the beach bar. There’s a tavern within the accommodation, and the closest shop is in the camping on the other side of the beach, so it would be the best to stop in some of the bigger markets along the road, on a way to the beach.
In the offer there are five quadruple apartments, one on the ground floor, two on the first and two on the second floor, as well as two quadruple bungalows in the separate building at the end of the yard (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor in the price list).
The quadruple apartment No. 7 on the first floor has one double bed in a room with the kitchen, i.e. one single and a double bed narrower than standard. Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, hotplates and small fridge, and a spacious balcony offers a garden and side sea view.
At the bottom of the courtyard, on a very peaceful place under the trees, there are two wooden houses i.e. apartments with two rooms and a bathroom. There are two bunk beds in a room with the kitchen and one double bed in a separate bedroom. Apartments are completely new, air-conditioned and have TV. They exit directly to a large courtyard full of trees, natural shade and personal seating sets.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV. There’s no internet in the whole part around Kriaritsi beach, so this accommodation doesn’t have it too.
The accommodation is surrounded by a large, fenced courtyard, with a tavern on the ground floor in the front side, famous for great homemade meals prepared by the owner herself. The backyard is full of natural shade.
In order to reach Marianna Rooms and Apartments, you should follow the signs towards the Kriaritsi beach through the famous labyrinth of streets. Regardless of which side you’re arriving, you’ll see the sign for this beach.
If you prefer less commercial beaches and places, Kriaritsi beach and Marianna Rooms and Apartments may be the great choice. Supermarkets and bakeries are located in Sykia, 15-minute drive from the beach, and some of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia like Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Agridia, Kalamitsi are also very close.

Smestaj Marianna rooms je principu ok, nista vise od toga. Moja supruga i ja smo bili u studiu na prvom spratu, levo, sa terasom sa pogledom na more. Soba je bila jako cista, kupatilo novo, plocice nove, terasa prostrana i lepa. Imao bih par zamerki koje su zaista bitne da se napomenu gostima ovog smestaja. A mislim da bi i NIKANA to morala da stavi u okviru opisa ove kuce. Naime, put sa magistrale ka ovom smestaju, u svom prvom delu, nekih kilometar do dva je tragican, zapravo to i nije put vec zemlja, puna kamenja i prasine. Kasnije se ukljucuje na neki solidno asfaltirani put do nekle, ali pred kucu ponovo dolazi zemljani put od jedno 600 - 700 metara. Za nekoga ko ima normalna kola, a ne dzip ili teresnko vozilo, ovo moze predstavljati jako veliki problem. Druga velika zamerka je to sto nam u smestaju peskire za 14 noci koliko smo bili tamo nisu ni jednom promenili. Hade da ne pominjem da nam naravno ni sobu ni jednom nisu pocistili, ali to smo mogli i sami, ali da nismo poneli svoje peskire iz Beograda bili bismo u velikom problemu. Takodje, treba imati u vidu, mada se to na fotografijama poprilicno dobro vidi, sobe su jako male. Takodje, kao sto se vidi na slikama, u prizemlju kuce je taverna, sa velikom bastom i stolovima koji se rasporedjuju i po basti. Sa obzirom da je kuca usamljena na plazi i da bi neko pomislio da je bas mirno... nije bas tako... u taverni se ne pusta muzika, sto je dobro, ali gosti cesto zaglave i do ponoci pa za nekoga ko ima bebu ili voli mir i tisinu, to bi takodje mogao biti problem. Eto, generalno smo zadovoljni, ali kao sto napisah ima i dosta zamerki. Ja se u taj smestaj ne bih vise vracao niti bih ga nekome preporucio. Da je jeftinije od bilo cega drugog, normalnijeg i pristupacnijeg, ok, ovako... ne vise.
