Accommodation is located on the outskirts of Limenas, 1.5km from Limenas city beach and 2.2km from Makriamos. It is 1.3 km from the center of Limenas and 650m from the first market.

It is an accommodation that offers a total of seven studios - one four-bed studio, two double and four triple studios. The size of accommodation units is about 20m2 to 25m2.

The four-bed studio is located on the high ground floor and has one double bed and two single beds. Triple studios have one double and a sofa for one person. One triple studio is located right next to the four-bed studio on the ground floor while the remaining two are on the first floor. The double studios are upstairs and have one double bed.

The studios upstairs have a sea view and they are slightly more spacious than those located on the ground floor. All accommodation units feature a kitchen, free internet access, air conditioning and a TV.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every second day.

The yard is specious and nicely arranged, with lots of greenery, sitting area and toys for the kids. Also, this accommodation has a swimming pool and sunbeds which guests can use.

The accommodation has a private parking.

When you reach the crossroad where the right turn leads to Panagia and the left to Makriamos, turn left and after a couple of meters to the right and the uphill road will lead you to the accommodation.

Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

If you want an accommodation with big yard and a swimming pool, in a peaceful environment, Thea studios can be a good choice.
