Drakontis Luxurious Studios is a modern and quality accommodation near the center of Limenas. The advantage of this accommodation is the hygiene which is at a high level, new furniture, friendly hosts, as well as private parking which is a big plus for accommodation in Limenas.

The accommodation is located on a quiet location in the heart of Limenas, 1km away from the local beach, or 15min by feet. The closest market is at 100m and the city center at 600m.

All units were completely renovated in 2022. Elata Apartments and Drakontis Studios are located in the same yard.

Drakontis Luxurious Studios consists of three units located on the second floor - one triple studio (30m2), one apartment with one separate bedroom (50m2) and one apartment with two separate bedrooms (55m2).

The triple studio (Vasilis) is located on the second floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed. The studio is spacious and in the other part of the unit there is a kitchen, with a large refrigerator and a freezer compartment. In the kitchen there is a stove with two induction hobs. The terrace stretches along the whole unit and it overlooks the yard, the neighborhood and the not so busy street.

The apartment with one separate bedroom (Glykeria) is located on the second floor and it has one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The living room also has a kitchen, with a large refrigerator and a stove with two induction hobs.

The apartment with two separate bedrooms (Nikitas) is located on the second floor and it has two single beds in one bedroom, while in the other bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room, where there is also a kitchen, you can find a table and chairs for dining, a large refrigerator and unlike the previous two units, this apartment has a mini stove with three hobs.

All units have air conditioning and TV, bathroom with shower, terrace overlooking the courtyard and a quiet and busy street, safe and storage space, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a cot for children, available on request. There is an electric kettle in the kitchens.

Cleaning takes place every day and towels and bed linen are changed every third day.

There is a private car park available to all guests.

The courtyard of the villa is in the shade, with seating and dining sets.
When you disembark from the ferry, continue straight and at the crossroads turn left and drive straight until you reach the Arenopoulos market where you will turn right into the street, immediately after the motor rent, after which you will continue straight until you reach the dead end sign. At the beginning of that street, on the right, is Drakontis Luxurious Studios.

If you want decent accommodation, a couple of minutes on foot from all the contents in Limenas, kind hosts and peaceful vacation, Drakontis Studios might be a great choice. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).
