Eden Villa is the accommodation with a nice arranged yard and a swimming pool with sunbeds for guests. Accommodation units are spacious and air-conditioned, and cleaning is on a high level.
Eden Villa is located close to the center of Limenas, in Dimitriadou Street, near a large supermarket. The center is about 1km away, and about 1,5km from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (650m). Tarsanas Beach is about 800m from the villa and next to it is beach Vournelis.
It is a new and beautiful complex consisting of two buildings, with a swimming pool in the yard with a sunbeds and umbrellas, and a poolside bar. Villa has a total of 16 studios for 2-3 people. Most of them are double studios, nine in total, while the remaining seven studios are for 3 people. All of the studios have been fully renovated in 2019.
In the first building there are eight studios, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The studios on the ground floor are equipped either with a double bed or two single beds and on the first floor there are both double studios and triple studios with either one double bed and one single bed or 3 single beds.
In the other building there are also eight studios, five on the ground floor and three more on the first floor. The triple studios on the ground floor have one double and single bed or three single beds. On the first floor, there is a triple studios and two double studios.
The studios are air-conditioned, modern and nicely equipped. Each has a TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen, safe, balcony and toilet. They have a standard size (25m2) and they are very comfortable. They meet the standards of all tourists, and the English are the most frequent guests.
The villa is very clean. Cleaning is done daily, while the towels and bed linen are replaced every three days. A baby cot is available on request upon booking.
The yard is large, beautifully decorated, full of greenery and shade.
When you leave the ferry, follow the route to the right and drive by the sea to the main road (about 300m). When you get to a section where the route leads straight to the hotel Vournelis and the beach, you continue along the main road and turn left. After 150m you will reach the first big intersection (with street Dimitriadou), turn left and after a hundred meters you reach the villa Eden (on the right side of the street on the way to Prinos).
The nearest market is a hundred meters from the accommodation.
You can leave your vehicle in an alley next to the accommodation.
It’s very close to all the facilities in the city, promenade, shops and restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).
