Nautica Bay Apartments is a private complex of vacation rental apartments with garden view belong to the third category keys, it is about a tastefully decorated property in a 1.000 green plot surround by mature gardens full in bloom with a playground for the children. Apartments are built directly on the headland of Keramoti in an extremely close proximity of beaches just 100 meters of it.
The complex is suitable of being rented by companies, therefore they will take full advantage of the extremely vast garden and simultaneously each of them will have their own apartment.
Apartments for 2, 3, 4 people: All Apartments have the same distribution and furniture and consist of one bedroom with double bed and another one living room with double sofa extendable beds, kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

House cleaning is being carried out every two-three days, fresh towels and bed linen are to be replaced every three days.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
