Accommodation description

Minimal Suites is a newly built accommodation with a pool, located in a peaceful part of the village of Skala Rachoni. The town beach is approximately 750m away from the property.

Guests have a total of nine accommodation units at their disposal - four quadruple rooms with an area of 33m² on the ground floor and five triple rooms with an area of 25 to 30m² on the upper floor. The ground floor rooms feature a double bed and two sofa beds or one sofa bed and one extra bed. The upper floor rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed if needed.

The units do not have a kitchen, but are equipped with a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. All rooms have air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a safety deposit box, except for one room on the upper floor which does not have a safety deposit box. A baby cot can be added upon request.

The upper floor rooms have a balcony, while the ground floor rooms have private verandas separated by wooden partitions. They overlook the street.

Within the courtyard, there is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, with one set provided for each room (two sun loungers + umbrella). Guests also have access to a communal seating area in the courtyard.

Pets are allowed upon request. Breakfast will be available from the 2027 season onwards.

Parking is available in front of or across from the accommodation.

The rooms are cleaned daily, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
