The complex offers five studios and one apartment, designed to meet the diverse needs and preferences of guests.
The smaller studio (29 m²) is suitable for a maximum of two adults. It consists of a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed.
The larger studios (32 m²) can accommodate up to two adults and two children. They feature a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
All studios are air-conditioned and feature free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer, while in the hallway there is a shared closet with an iron and ironing board. The kitchenettes are equipped with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
This duplex apartment (60m2) is suitable for five persons maximum. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with two single, i.e. one double bed. Both bedrooms have an exit to a spacious terrace with awning, sitting set and drying rack. The living room with kitchen is equipped with two folding sofa beds, TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain and a small window. The apartment is air-conditioned, it has internet and mosquito nets. Guests can also use a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron. The owners provide clean towels and bed linen for guests to replace by themselves after five days or at half of the stay.
The courtyard in front of the accommodation is private, with a parking space.
Guests may check into the accommodation after 3:00 PM, while check-out is scheduled by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. This schedule allows the hosts to prepare the unit for the next guests in a timely manner, ensuring cleanliness and order are maintained.
After the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right into Neaktiou Street and drive ahead for 600m (you will see a children’s playroom on the left), then turn right and 50m later you’ll reach Haras House.
