Evagelia Apartments is located on the island of Ammouliani, in a small and peaceful village that shares the same name as the island and exudes authentic Greek charm. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples looking to relax in a quiet environment, far from the crowds and noise. Ammouliani, the only inhabited island of Halkidiki, is known for its beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and golden sand. It doesn’t resemble typical resorts with large hotel complexes and noisy nightlife – instead, it offers an idyllic setting with narrow streets, traditional houses, and local shops, perfect for complete relaxation of both body and mind.

The proprety offer neat and nicely furnished double and triple rooms, three-bed studios and five-bed apartments.

Double rooms are located on the first floor, while triple rooms are on the ground floor. Double rooms have one double bed each, while triple rooms have a double bed with a drawer-bed. All rooms have their own private bathroom, as well as the possibility of using a shared kitchen. All rooms have a small refrigerator with a freezer.

The triple studios are located on the ground floor and are suitable for two adults and one child. They include a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and have a double bed with a pull-out bed.

The apartments are also located on the ground floor and are designed to accommodate up to five adults. They have two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other includes two single beds and a sofa for one person.

A baby crib is available upon request, free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi internet, TV, and a hairdryer. In the studios and apartments, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

All rooms share a common kitchen, equipped with a two-burner stove, large oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and standard refrigerator with freezer.

Depending on the floor, each unit features either a balcony or a veranda, furnished with outdoor seating – ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Pets are allowed at this property upon prior arrangement and with no extra charge.

Cleaning of the units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every fourth day.

Private parking is not available, but free public parking can easily be found in front of the property or along the street.

Optional cleaning and laundry services are available at an additional charge.

Evagelia Apartments is located 200 meters from the nearest beach. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Alikes Beach, are about 2 km away, while Karagatsia Beach is around 3 km from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
