Aether Green Apartments is located on the peninsula of Athos, in Nea Rodha - a small town, excellent for a peaceful vacation, with a beautiful seaside promenade lined with restaurants and cafes offering a fantastic view of the sea, perfect for enjoying food, drinks, and the view. This accommodation is approximately 550m away from the beach.
The property is new and there is four types of accommodation units, designed in a minimalist style with a special emphasis on details. The accommodation units are impeccably clean and beautifully furnished.
Friends Apartments - ground floor, can accommodate up to three people. They feature a kitchenette, a double bed, and a single bed, while the bathroom includes a shower with a glass partition. The balconies are equipped with seating sets, and there are four units of this type in the property.
Family Apartments - ground floor, can accommodate up to four people (of which a maximum of 3 adults). They include a kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa for two, with a shower and glass partition in the bathroom. The balconies are furnished with seating sets, and there are two units of this type in the property.
Superior Twin Loft - attic, can accommodate up to two people. They have a kitchenette, a double bed, and a shower with a glass partition in the bathroom. These units do not have balconies, and there are five units of this type in the property. Pets are not allowed in these units.
Comfort Luminous Maisonette - consists of two levels and can accommodate up to five people. The first level (high ground floor) includes a kitchenette, a double bed, and a single bed, with a shower and glass partition in the bathroom. The second level (attic) features a kitchenette and a double bed, with a shower and glass partition in the bathroom. There is only one unit of this type in the property.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost. A feeding chair is also available upon request.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days in the beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating sets.
Cleaning and bed linen change are done every third day, while towel change is done every other day. There is a common laundry machine in the property.
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed upon request and prior arrangement with the owners. Pets are only accepted in rooms with balconies, not in Superior Twin Loft rooms.
There is an option for a breakfast surcharge in June and September.
Guests can park in front of the property, there is ample space, but there is no private parking available.

- Adults are considered to be persons older than 2 years.
- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

The minimum period of stay in July, August is 3 nights.
Breakfast is available for a fee in June and September and costs 10 euros per person per day.
Children up to 2 years old can stay for free, for all other ages additional charges are calculated as for adults.
Pets must be mentioned before booking.
