Studio Family Apartments - ground floor, can accommodate up to four people. It features a kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa for two, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. The balconies are equipped with seating sets, and there are two accommodation units of this type in the building.
Studio Superior Twin Loft - attic, can accommodate up to two people. It features a kitchenette, a double bed, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. This accommodation unit does not have a balcony, and there are five accommodation units of this type in the building. Pets are not allowed in these units.
Apartment Comfort Luminous Maisonette - consists of two levels and can accommodate up to five people. On the first level (high ground level), there is a kitchenette, a double bed, and a single bed, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. On the second level (attic level), there is a kitchenette, a double bed, and a shower with a glass partition in the bathroom. There is only one acconnodation unit of this type in the building.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
