Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Aether Green Apartments is located on the Athos peninsula, in Nea Roda - a small village, perfect for a peaceful holiday, with a beautiful seaside promenade lined with restaurants and cafes offering fantastic sea views, perfect for enjoying food, drinks, and the scenery. This accommodation is approximately 550m away from the beach.
The property consists of four accommodation units types, designed in a minimalist style with a special emphasis on details.
Studio Friends Apartments - ground floor, can accommodate up to three people. It features a kitchenette, a double bed, and a single bed, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. The balconies are equipped with seating sets, and there are four accommodation units of this type in the building.
Studio Family Apartments - ground floor, can accommodate up to four people. It features a kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa for two, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. The balconies are equipped with seating sets, and there are two accommodation units of this type in the building.
Studio Superior Twin Loft - attic, can accommodate up to two people. It features a kitchenette, a double bed, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. This accommodation unit does not have a balcony, and there are five accommodation units of this type in the building. Pets are not allowed in these units.
Apartment Comfort Luminous Maisonette - consists of two levels and can accommodate up to five people. On the first level (high ground level), there is a kitchenette, a double bed, and a single bed, while the bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. On the second level (attic level), there is a kitchenette, a double bed, and a shower with a glass partition in the bathroom. There is only one acconnodation unit of this type in the building.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cleaning and bed linen change are done every third day, while towel change is done every other day. The property also has a common laundry machine.
