Our description
Edem Studios & Apartments is a quality accommodation in a good location in Sivota, 80m from the beach. It consists of studios for 2-4 people. Guests have at their disposal wireless internet, landscaped yard and private parking.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are located at about 600m, the center of Sivota is 650m away, the promenade and marina are at 800m, and the famous beach Bela Vraka, a trademark of Sivota, is 1km away.
They offer 17 accommodation studios. Double (20m2) have one double bed, triple (26m2) are located in the annex building (50m from the main building) and have three single beds, and quadruple studios in the main building have one double and two single beds.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, equipped kitchen (two hot plates or a stove with oven, refrigerator, hood, electric kettle, toaster and a coffee maker), bathroom and a terrace with a sea wiev (direct or limited).
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days, depending on the stay.
The owners live nearby and they're available for any help or information.
Enter Sivota, go through the center and continue towards Bela Vraka beach. After 400m you will come across the gate of the Sivota Diamond Hotel, from where you should continue uphill to the left. After 100m take a right and 100m later you will see the gate of this accommodation on the right-hand side.
Edem Studios & Apartments is good accommodation, in a great location near the beach. It is an ideal choice for families, couples and young people.

Our studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove with oven, all the necessary cookware, toaster and a coffee maker) autonomic A/C and a 21 '' LCD TV set with satellite channels.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Predivan apartman sa pogledom na more!Gazda i devojke koje rade i sredjuju su apsolutno bez zamerke!Jako je mirno mesto i lepota je spavati uvece uz šum mora i zrikavce.Apartman je jako lep prostran udoban i zaista odiše toplinom.Ni jednu moguću ni najmanju zamjerku nemamo i hvala im sto su nam odmor učinili 10/10!cistoca apartmana na najvišem mogućem nivou! Vraticemo se uskoro!

Smeštaj je na lepom mestu, domaćin veoma ljubazan, lepa plaža blizu što je velika prednost za nas bila. Nije nam se dopalo jedino što je studio zavučen pa nema svetlosti dnevne i vlaga je velika.
