Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

This family-run property is set on a hillside amidst olive groves and lush Mediterranean vegetation, providing guests with complete tranquility away from the noise, while still being only a few minutes’ drive from the center of Sivota, with its charming streets, harbor, and beaches. The property’s main advantages include the stunning panoramic view from the balconies of all units, the spacious and comfortable apartments, and the warm hospitality of the owners, who are dedicated to making every guest feel at home. Charoula’s Apartments is located approximately 900 meters from the nearest beach, and thanks to its position, it offers easy access to Sivota’s most beautiful beaches. The property features six modern and functionally arranged units: two two-bedroom apartments, three one-bedroom apartments, and one studio. On the second floor, there is one two-bedroom apartment, one studio, and one one-bedroom apartment – all arranged on two levels and offering beautiful sea views. On the first floor are the remaining two-bedroom apartment and two one-bedroom apartments, suitable for guests who prefer lower levels. The two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six persons, that is, four adults, and are ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Two one-bedroom apartments are designed for couples and can accommodate up to two adults, while the third can host two adults and two children under the age of 14. The studio is also suitable for smaller families, accommodating up to two adults and one child under 14. In the two-bedroom apartments, each bedroom has a double bed, except for one where the second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined together, while the living room has a sofa bed for two adults. One of the one-bedroom apartments includes a double bed and bunk beds within the kitchen area, while the others have double beds. The studio features two joined single beds and an armchair bed for a child under 14.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge in each unit, making it especially convenient for families with young children, who can enjoy their stay in comfort without any additional costs.
All accommodation units in Charoula’s Apartments are air-conditioned, and the use of air conditioning is included in the price. Each unit has at least one air conditioner in the bedroom or sleeping area, ensuring a pleasant temperature even during the hottest summer days. Units with more than one bedroom have an additional air conditioner, while one apartment has an extra one in the kitchen with an open sleeping area. Moreover, all units are equipped with fans and heaters for guests staying during spring or autumn. Internet access is available throughout the property and is included in the price. Guests also have Smart TVs in each unit for additional comfort. Every unit features a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary utensils for preparing light meals. The two-bedroom apartments have large refrigerators with freezers, while the other units are equipped with standard fridges with freezer compartments. Each unit also includes a hairdryer, iron, and drying rack, and laundry service is provided by the hosts free of charge.

Pets are welcome at Charoula’s Apartments at no extra charge. The owners are animal lovers and happy to host four-legged family members as well. Guests traveling with pets are kindly asked to inform the hosts in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made for their stay and movement within the courtyard.
Cleaning of all accommodation units is carried out daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day. Cleaning is included in the price of the stay. Thanks to this, guests can enjoy a carefree vacation, knowing that their space will always be fresh, clean, and pleasant.
The property has a private parking area for six cars, which is a great convenience given the terrain configuration and the limited number of parking spaces during the season. The parking is free of charge and located in front of the fenced yard, ensuring the security of guests’ vehicles and providing peace of mind.
