Description
Kahlenberg Apartments is a renovated (2018) accommodation in an isolated and quiet location, near Afytos. They offer 11 accommodation units for 2-4 people. The property is tucked away in a spacious yard full of olive trees, where guests are provided with private parking.
The nearest supermarket is Lidl (1km) and the center of Afytos is about 2km away. The beach is about 500m away and is reached by a path that leads by the nearby Aristotelis Hotel. More about beaches in Afytos read here.
The accommodation offers 10 double i.e. triple studios on the ground and the first floor, as well as one suite on the second floor.
The apartment has two rooms. A kitchen and two large single beds are in a room separated by a sliding door, and in the double bedroom is separated by a standard door. Both rooms have exit to a large shared terrace with an incredible view of the sea and the trees around.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, equipped kitchen with a small fridge and hot plates, internet and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. Some accommodation units have mosquito nets on windows.
If someone needs a hairdryer, laundry service, or mini-stove with oven, please contact the friendly owners.
Cleaning is carried out every two days (although the maid is visiting daily), and bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
Guests can use the portable barbecue and shower in the garden.
The accommodation is located above the highway, about 1km from the supermarket Lidl from the direction of Kallithea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Kahlenberg vila ima dobar položaj, naročiti za one koji će želeti da menjaju plaže tokom letovanja. Nama je najlepša bila blizina mesta Afitos, jer je prelep za večernju šetnju. Studio nam je bio sladak i čist. Ono sto je nama malo smetalo je da smo u toku noći morali da zatvaramo vrata i prozore iz dva razloga: studio nam je bio u prizemlju ( zato preporucujemo prvi sprat ), a drugi razlog su komarci- vlasnici su nas opremili sa raznim sredstvima protiv istih. Ipak, udobni kreveti i mirno okruzenje vile, bili su odlicni za dobar odmor. Blizina Lidla je takodje nama bila znacajna.

Zainteresovana sam za dvokrevetni apartman, sa pogledom na more. Ako je opis verodostojan, onda je smestaj i blizina plaze odlucujuci faktor o ovaj bozanstven pogled sa terase. Zbunjuje me informacija da je posteljina dostupna. Ne znam sta to u vasem slucaju znaci. Posteljina se, valjda, podrazumeva. Da li se cena 40 e odnosi i na dvokrevetni apartman?
