Our description
Katerina's villa is a quality accommodation, close to the center of Afitos. There is a 7 accommodation units, capacity for 2-5 people. The accommodation has a spacious, fenced and landscaped yard with lots of shade, summerhouses, children's playground, basketball court, barbecue and parking within the yard.
The nearest market and bakery are located about 800m away, while the beach is about 700m away, or about 15 minutes' walk.
All accommodation units are located on the high ground floor, raised 5 steps from the yard level. The yard is spacious and beautifully decorated.
Three double studios have a double bed.
There is a double bed and a single bed in the three-bed studios.
The smaller apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and capacity for 4 people.
The larger apartment has a capacity of up to 5 people, has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a double bed and a single bed.
A baby cot is also available to guests, upon request, and this service is not charged separately.
All units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and two-burner stove (the large apartment has a four-burner stove, but the oven is not available for use) and a cooker, internet access, TV and hair dryer.
The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain. Only the larger apartment has a glass screen in the bathroom.
All accommodation units have terraces, and there are summer houses in several places in the yard, intended for complete enjoyment of peace and shade.
The guests also have a shared barbecue in the yard, with a spacious summer house.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay.
The friendly owners live on the first floor of the building and are there for everything you need.
The accommodation is located above the main road, not far from the entrance to Afitos.
Excellent cleanliness and hospitality, and it is a great choice for both couples and families with children, because of its good location (on the road between Kallithea and Afytos).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
