Description
Oikia I Luxury Stone House is located within a luxurious complex of houses with a shared pool in the village of Elani, not far from Siviri on the western coast of Kassandra. The distance from the beach and main amenities in Siviri is approximately 2.5km, while from the Elani beach, known for its crystal clear water, the distance is 2.8km.
The Masoutis supermarket and the nearest bakery are located about 1.5km away, at the entrance to Siviri.
This ground floor apartment, built of stone and decorated in neutral tones, features two bedrooms and is intended to accommodate up to four people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and the kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower without a bathtub. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for their own hygiene, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can enjoy the veranda equipped with seating area or prepare a barbecue with family and friends. Guests of this accommodation have the opportunity to use the pool that is shared among all the houses within the complex.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the roundabout next to Lidl, turn right and continue straight towards Siviri, but before entering the settlement, turn right after 5.5km and continue straight for another kilometer to the gate for entering the Tambos Thea complex. In the fourth row of houses on your left side, you will find Oikia I Luxury Stone House, the fifth house in line.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
