Description
Sasha Apartment is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in a popular and beautifully landscaped resort with a seaside promenade and beach, in Hanioti, at a distance of 220m from the beach.
The apartment, situated on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator, features a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, making it suitable for a maximum of four adults. The bedroom contains one double bed, while the kitchen area includes a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with the air conditioning unit located in the bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV in both the kitchen and bedroom, a fan, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large refrigerator with freezer, and an electric kettle.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard from the furnished balcony.
Pets are allowed upon request and are included in the price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay and changing the bedding, provided upon request every fifth day. Towel replacement during the guest's stay is not provided. Guests can also opt for an apartment cleaning service for an additional fee of 20€ per service.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but free parking is available along the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
