The apartment is situated on the second floor of a residential building with no elevator and can accommodate up to four adults. It features a living room with a sleeping area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that sleeps two.

This air-conditioned accommodation (with the air conditioner located in the bedroom) offers guests free Wi-Fi internet, a TV in both the kitchen and the bedroom, a fan, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and an electric kettle.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
