Our description
Erifili Apartment (67m2) is a well-maintained duplex apartment near the church in Kallithea. It's located on the second floor and accommodates up to six people. Its main advantage is a quiet location, close to the center, cafes and restaurants. A barbecue is at guests' disposal in front of the property.
The beach is at about 300m, the center is 100m away, and the nearest bakery, restaurant and shop are about 50m away. More about nearby beaches read here.
The apartment is air-conditioned, it has a TV, internet, two balconies with awning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The bedrooms have one double i.e two single beds, and the lounge is fitted with a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower tub without a curtain.
Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is performed after two days.
The accommodation has neither a yard nor a parking lot, so guests can park their cars on the street in front.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
