Hotel Description

Pi Polis Blue Apartment is a two-room apartment in a complex in the eastern part of Kallithea. The apartment is oriented towards the southwest. It is located on the ground floor.

The apartment consists of a bedroom and a comfortable living room with a kitchen. It is suitable for four adults and one small child. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room contains a pull-out bed with two separate mattresses and a pull-out couch suitable for smaller children.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi network, smart TV, bed linen, hair dryer and electric water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and contains a large refrigerator with freezer, a large stove with an oven and four hotplates, as well as an extractor fan. All mentioned amenities are included in the price.

The guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation themselves, and for this purpose, equipment and cleaning products are provided. Towels are not provided while bed linen is provided upon arrival. There is a possibility of an optional cleaning service, which also includes a change of bed linen.

Parking is available on the public area in front of the building.

The complex is 400m from the beach and 77km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
