The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and it can accommodate up to five adults. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa for two people and a single fold-out armchair, making it a practical and comfortable choice for families or small groups of guests.

The apartment is air-conditioned and ensures a pleasant stay during the hot summer days. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet connection and a Smart TV with Netflix, providing additional comfort and entertainment during their holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ceramic cooking hobs and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while small appliances include a kettle, an electric Greek coffee maker, and a coffee machine. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days for stays of ten nights or more. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge, depending on guests’ needs.

Private parking is not available within the property. Guests may park their vehicles along the street, subject to availability.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
